PIBI Tile

Please rate this company 1/2 star in all categories. They were supposed to have our shower and tile job done in 3 weeks, instead it took over 3 months. We had to have them redo some sections because the work wasn t done properly. When we started using our shower after a new shower pan and tile job from this contractor, we now have a major water leak and the whole shower has to be torn out and replaced and water damage through the floor and down into our kitchen ceiling repaired.

Got the job done well and at a very good rate. Thanks!

Hiring Raul from Pibi tile to fix the cultured marble in my steam shower was amazing He was honest, timely, upfront, and very easy to work with. He worked around my schedule and got the job done very quickly without compromising the quality of the work. I would absolutely recommend Raul and his time for any bath/kitchen needs. They do a lot more than just tile!

He was unable to fix the holes in the travertine tile adequately. The holes were filled but he left quite a dip in each hole.

Raul and his team are the best. They were very professional and on time, which I love! The quality of work was amazing. I hired them to do the backsplash in my kitchen and loved them so much that I ended up hiring them to do a full remodel on 2 of my bathrooms. Raul was great! He was right on time and finished when he said he would. We added on to his bid when he arrived and he had no problem doing it. I would definitely recommend him for another project.

Got a quote from Raoul, but instead brought a friend out from Virginia to do the install, thinking it would save me money. My friend was a handyman and not an accomplished ceramic tile installer. He bit off a little more than he could chew and had to return home before the job was finished. I called Raoul back to see if he would finish the job, which he did, no problem. Cost-wise I didn’t save any money with a lot more headaches, although it was nice to see my friend again. I was in the Floorcovering business for 40 years and I made a rookie mistake. PIBI TILE was so nice to work with and did excellent work. It’s hard to find an installer to come finish another mans work. PIBI didn’t hesitate. I also used his handyman to finish the plumbing, install a vanity and the grab bars. He did excellent work also. Don’t hesitate, give them a shot at your project.

PIBI was great to work with. They were fair, quick, and very professional! i will definitely be calling on PIBI for future work.

Luis kept us informed of all items that needed to be addressed during the course of the project. Alberto's workmanship was excellent. I also appreciated the clean up of the work area when the project was completed. I will use them on future projects.

Raul with Pibi Tile was great. He did some outside tile work for me about 9 months ago. Good work, efficient, good price. I did not post a review then because people seem to be more motivated to write reviews when something goes wrong, and not when things are done as expected. But my recent interaction needs to be noted -- it has been 9 months since his work, and after a winter and summer, the tile grout came loose in two small spots, not more than a few inches long. And this is across about 60 tiles or so. Of course I could have ignored it or tried to fix it myself, but instead I called Raul. 9 months later and he remembered my job, came out in a day, fixed the obvious problem and touched up anything that even looked like it might fail. Of course, no charge. Considering all of his possible responses, including just ignoring my call knowing that there wasn't much I could do about it, the fact that he still wanted to make sure that I was a satisfied customer was, in my opinion, exceptional.

They did very good work

My shower is beautiful and I had bids that were so expensive before, but with this company I could afford it. I am very happy I found them. I need a knee replacement in another month and I couldn't have taken a shower with my old bathtub because it we to hard to crawl over so now I can just walk right in my shower!

The job took over two weeks. The overall quality was poor. The finishing was not up to standards you would expect from a remodel project. Gaps in the grout, the threshold was not finished, I had to finish it myself. Did not seal the tile. Poor clean up after the work was completed. The handy man plumber unhooked the sink and didn't check for leaks and water poured downed into the basement, we had to supply all the plumbing supplies, and had to make several runs to the home improvement store. There was no choice in method of payment, had to be check, no debit or credit cards could be used.

We refurbished the entire house: new carpeting, tile and new vanities in bathrooms, and tile in the front entry. All the workers were professional and hardworking. They adjusted to our time schedule. Luis was great at communicating with us and solving problems. I would use them again for sure.

They did an excellent job installing a tile backsplash. There were some tricky parts, including an arch and it looks fantastic! Pedro was a respectful professional, did great work, did not leave a mess, and made sure the finished product was beautiful. I am thrilled with this company!

Amazing work! Excellent price! We had an old, damaged subfloor. They let us know, let us decide how much we wanted to fix it. They were very upfront about extra cost of supplies to do the repairs. Really appreciated how up front they were. The floor is beautiful! Smooth, consistent grout lines, no uneven tiles. Advise for future customers, keep dust protection up for the entire project. Also, had some confusion about when the tile would be at the stage when it should not be walked on. Overall, very, very happy!

The work they did was amazing! We had a really old, and beat up subfloor and they called that to our attention and let us decide what we wanted to do. Luis was very upfront that it would cost more in supplies to fix up the subfloor. I really appreciated how upfront he was. The floor is beautiful! There are smooth, beautiful grout lines, and no uneven tiles. Advise to future customers, realize that when tiling, there can be dust during the entire project, so keep up protection if you want it. We had a little communication gap about when we should stay off the tile while drying. Very happy!
