Unfortunately, there was a huge miscommunication about what the finished product would be. Pictures were agreed upon about how the project would look but the framing was left incomplete and other things that were told would get done, did not. I have to hire another person to finish the job.

Attention to detail in purchasing supplies for the required work was lacking. The job remained incomplete because all parts were not purchased and installed as needed. After contact to discuss this, the contractor has not made an attempt to solve the problem in three + days..
