"Angela, I am truly sorry that you felt you payed to much for our service. PI Plumbing certainly did everything to accommodate your situation. When I received the lead I called promptly. I was informed that you where working that day and could not be home until 4pm. I had a technician waiting for you when you arrived home. Jake assessed the situation and completed what was needed to fix the problem you had requested to be fixed. Unfortunately when it comes to plumbing service there has to be a minimum charge for both our professional technicians and service vans that they drive. A minimum one hour service charge is standard in the industry."
