Roof still leaks after 4 months, they refuse to take calls to follow thru on their warranty.

Very unprofessional. 3 perfect weather days that Nick said they would do the job and no shows. 1st, workers did not show up..2nd day they called in sick..3rd day no crew. Talking on phone with Nick, he called me sweetheart; twice. That did not make me happy. I asked for a lien waiver at final payoff and he printed one he wrote on computer with several mis-spelled words. Thought they would have form with Co name, etc but no. So, not a very professional, quality presentation to instill confidence.

They did good work. Cost of installation was reasonable. I had to call them back to re-install my gutter covers which they had removed and to repair a door jam that had been damaged.They did this while it was raining. I would recomend them.

"We believe all customers are entitled to they're opinions and respect them all however this customer tried to extort money for reviews and we chose not to be extorted. When she told us her roof was leaking and she couldn't afford to fix it She was extended multiple discounts at our own discretion from $3000 all the way down to $1500. When we began work she extended multiple unsolicited sexual advances at our service professional to the point where he felt uncomfortable and chose not to return to the job site. Our 2nd service professional finished the job and she felt insulted by her dismissal"

P&J did an excellent job on my roof. From our first meeting to getting the job done took only 1 week. Nick was a pleasure to work with. His communication was timely and easy to understand. I gave him my budget and he worked with me. He didn't try to upsell me, which I appreciate. I was actually out of town when they came to do the roof work but they were in and out in 2 days. The dumpster for waste was delivered/picked up in a timely manner and was of no inconvenience to me. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them for your roof replacement project.

I've hired P&J three times now and will do so again. Nick is great, easy-going and understanding. The crew came in and got everything done before the snow! Nick was also there keeping track of everything the whole time so I felt good about that. The roof looks great and I love the color!

i hired them to remove a roof to stop a leak, they put one and the leak has not stopped on the same place, and i tried to contact them they are not willing to asset me and they are not answering the calls, i payed them and i will like to have the job redone or my money back

P&J contracting assessed previous repairs of my flat rubber roof (which were of ok to poor quality) and explained in detail the good and bad of each method that had been earlier applied to the rubber before I owned the house. In explaining the technique, they will be using vs others, it was an obvious to me P&J contracting repair methods were of the quality I wanted.

Not great. They installed a brand new rubber roof but didn't finish any of the exterior corners and the interior corners have all lost their seal already and water is leaking in. Called Nick and he said to text photos and he'd get back to me but no response since then. I'm just doing all of the repairs myself at this point and the roof is only about six months old. Water has leaked inside into the house sheathing so I'll have to deal with that repair now too. Overall unprofessional and kind of a nightmare.

I thought it may have been a little pricey for such a small job but I didnâ t get other quotes so thatâ s on me. They were super professional and friendly. I got two estimates from them immediately and they showed up when they said they would. I would hire them again for sure.
