Gutters & Downspouts Cleaning Service
They called and quoted the job quickly. Scheduled the job and arrived as promised. They did a great job cleaning the gutters and recommended gutter screens to help keep gutters clean. We'll probably have them do it in the spring.

Vinyl Siding - Repair or Partially Replace
Did an excellect job resolved my main problem and went above and beyond and check out the rest of the house for any other loose siding and fixed several other loose pieces at the same cost. Finished the job when he said he would and left no mess behind. I would hire PJM again if I needed this service in the future.

Batt, Rolled or Reflective Insulation Install or Upgrade
My dilemma was getting my roof ready for the winter. We took it upon ourselves to put insulation in a couple years ago, but I wasn't comfortable with what we had done. Ryan came out and gave me some suggestions to improve proper ventilation and also recommended new soffits. He and his crew knocked the job out in a couple days and were very happy with the work he'd done so we went ahead and hired him again for another upcoming project.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
PJM Construction was courteous, timely and helped us with our roof leak. Recommendations were made by the owner and he oversaw the project and explained everything in detail. Ryan was an angel! He came out immediately, on a holiday and didn't charge extra. He was caring and did the best job I could have ever asked for. He gave me his card and it will stay on my refridgerator and I will call him anytime I need anything. He was the kindest individual I have met in a very long time.
