Prompt response, price was about 1/2 of what two competing contractors estimated, PKON went on the roof to inspect the job before estimating, the other 2 did not. PKON did temp leak repair in advance of coming rain storm then did the long term chimney/roof repair the following Saturday. Chimney was re flashed, excellent work, showed me pictures of the finished job, did additional crack sealing on crown of chimney at no extra charge.

We hired PKON to trim back very overgrown shrubs and to remove weeds from the flower beds. They did a fantastic job! They arrived on time and worked until the job was completed. Our shrubs are now cut back and neat, and all of the weeds are removed from our flower beds. They even applied a weed suppressant so that weeds won't grow back. Our property hasn't looked this good in years. We would definitely hire them again.

Remodeling is definitely stressful and I m the type who worries about everything but I shouldn t have. The work done was amazing; I m loving my remodeled kitchen. Tim, his brother, and all the workers were polite, professional, and seemed to like what they were doing. They even cleaned up every night. Can t wait for them to get started on my next project this Spring!

Did a repair job on our roof that would leak next to the chimney only during heavy wind driven rains. Did not leak during normal rain patterns. They fully explained what was necessary to do the job right in addition to expanding the work beyond what I thought was necessary. After conversations, we/ they addressed the primary issue at hand, did the work professionally, cleaned up after themselves and the job was done in one day as they projected! At this point, I am waiting to see if the issue still exists during a heavy stormy rain pattern, which we will be getting this w-end! A test!! If all good, as I expect...yes I would hire them again.

I was very satisfied with their willingness to work with me on short notice and a narrow window of suitable weather. We reached an agreement over a weekend, the following Monday was ideal for the work, and the work was finished that day. Additionally, PKON was the only contractor to properly scope out the work and give me a fair agreement to do the work. I will continue to use PKON for other projects as well.

The work quality and materials used on our roof were excellent. Leo kept us informed each day as the project progressed and went above and beyond what was asked for. We had two skylights removed and the interior work was excellent. Our cieling looks like they were never there. I would definitely recommend anyone needing a new roof contact Pkon. We will be contacting them for all future projects.

Hired for wallpaper removal and painting of dining room and adjacent hallway. Tim Kontogouris and his associate Scott were very helpful in helping me decide on a color and thoughtful about a coordinating color that would accent my other rooms. Their workmanship is praiseworthy, they are prompt, competent, polite and congenial. Their fees are comparable to others in the region.
