Paul Kasper was born and raised in the great state of Wisconsin, and 'PK Homes' has been a work in progress since 1998 after moving to Wrightsville Beach, NC to help manage a friends construction business. Prior to moving to NC, Paul worked in sales and purchasing in Green Bay, WI after graduating from St. Norbert College in 1989 with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree. During these past 2-3 decades Paul has always worked hard in many areas of the 'Construction' & 'Home and Lawncare' fields; installing roofs in the greater Wilmington area since 2011; while starting 'PK Homes, LLC', Roofing & Landscaping in 2017. Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
I needed a full yard cleanup I clouding runs to the dump for random junk piled up on my property. Paul was meticulous and not only hauled the junk, but also made my lawn and garden absolutely beautiful! I use him for biannual clean up and weekly lawn maintenance. He's very trustworthy and always communicates immediately. I also like that he is punctual. He shows up when he says he will be there and communicates. Very reasonable price and takes venmo payments. Good dude.

Paul was wonderful to work with! Even though I had a small urban yard he always put in the extra effort to gather magnolia leaves (IYKYK that is a brutal job in Wilmington summers), trim shrubs, and proactively communicate about the next appointment. My yard always looked like it got a professional facelift when he was done!

PK is an unassuming hard working son of a gun. Cheerful, agreeable and willing to take on any project you discuss with him. He helped me fix an erosion of a steep bank in my back yard. We loaded 6 tons of broken bricks and 6 tons of black dirt, one wheel barrel at a time. And my bank has been looking great and holding up for several years after completion of this project. Plus he's strong as an ox if you need that extra oomph! Highly recommend him.

Paul and his crew were very attentive to all our needs. They did a great job of taking off the old roof and putting down the new roof. Their clean up skills are amazing.The estimate was better than all their competition and there were no surprises.

I called Paul to cut some branches away from my roof and to take care of a couple of other outside jobs after a recommendation from a friend. Paul came promptly and when he said he would. He was very professional in his work and conscientiously cleaned up any mess that was produced. He went out of his way to help with my ideas to make life easier for my feral cat. Some of this work required a follow up visit which was made in a timely manner. I would certainly call him in future for more complicated jobs.
