Pedro and his team truly delivered on my home renovation project. Our townhome went from outdated and stale to clean, modern aesthetic. Pedro was extremely communicative throughout every stage of the project. His workers arrived very early in the day and executed. I was surprised at the speed of delivery, the specialists (flooring, drywall, electricians, painters) and the extra help his guys did to move things around in my home. Pedro pricing is worth every penny. He told me don’t worry and I didn’t!! P&K painted the whole home, removed popcorn ceiling, installed floorings and recessed lightings. I highly recommend P&K Construction Services! I needed a deck replaced, windowsills replaced, and some drywall repair and painting. Everything was completed in a timely manner and the finished work exceeded my expectations. My new deck is awesome!

P and his crew started off strong with great communication. They came when they said they were going to and were always on time. They protected our furniture and even put tarp down from the front door to our bedroom and hallway bathroom as they took down the popcorn ceilings which were cracked in a few areas. They cleaned up from the popcorn and we had them paint our bedroom since we still had a dark accent wall from 20 years ago. They double checked hardware I still had in the wall to see if I wanted it removed and patched. We had a bunch of holes that needed to be filled and they did them all. They even patched up where I had removed an accordion door from the linen closet! The crew cleaned up, asked me to take a look and I was very pleased. (They had moved the furniture back into place as well!) We are pleased with the results. (Personal note: Popcorn ceilings are the worst! So if you get them removed, I suggest you plan to paint those rooms. )

Pedro and his team were amazing! They completely renovated our vintage 1976 condo (remove carpet and linoleum and install lvp; paint walls, ceilings, trim and all cabinetry; install new sinks, faucets and granite countertops; replace all interior lighting; replace all door knobs, hinges and door stops; install appliances; and a make a number of repairs). All of this in 10 days and on budget!! Pedro kept us informed before, during and after the renovation. We have done many renovations, but Pedro has by far been our best contracting experience. When he says not to worry, he really meant it! We have asked him to do another property with us. Highly recommend.

Pedro did an amazing job for us. He painted two homes and the quality of his work was outstanding. He also installed door handles, filled holes and handled electrical work with great attention to detail. Everything was done professionally, on time, and with care. He was reliable, easy to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect.

Pedro and his crew did a great job of repairing the areas in my kitchen damaged by a water leak. There were many areas like drywall, tile, molding painting and electrical that needed to be repaired, replaced or just restored. The work was also done in a timely manner given the inconvenience of not have access to our kitchen.

I loved working with P&K services. Pedro and his team were very professional and extremely mindful of my needs. They removed popcorn ceiling from my entire home and then stretched and cleaned my carpets. As an older woman with health issues they assured that I was comfortable and able to remain in my home throughout the process. The quality of work was excellent and all issues were addressed before ending the job. I found the cost to be also more than fair based on other estimates I obtained. Pedro and his team were also very mindful of the entire neighborhood being careful where they parked work vehicles and watching for young children playing in the neighborhood. Always polite I found Pedro and the team’s character to be admirable. This is something that is important to me. It has been more than a week now since the work was completed and I am very happy and satisfied. I plan on using this company for future household projects and updates.

The P&K crew was amazing to work with. They were quick to get in and get out, helped collaborate on design ideas, fixed issues we had in dry wall and lighting. They hired professional cleaners to come in when the job was finished. We absolutely love our new paint colors.

I hired Pedro and his team again. I was so happy with 4 season sunroom build I called them back to build a small pergola to give me shade in a sundrenched back patio space. He completed in one day and will return in a few weeks to stain/paint and hang small pergola lights. I can't wait for the first rain. Also, I chose a tinted corrugated polycarbonate roof over the rafters which emits the right amount of light and will prevent rain from entering. I love it. Now I need nicer outdoor furniture. (None of the project selections fit the work that was done and there was no freetext in that field).

I can’t say enough good things about my Pedro and his team—he truly went above and beyond. My house was in serious need of help, and he turned it into something I’m proud of, and was able to sell within weeks. I cant list all of the things he did for me, because it’s A LOT, but a few: he put new flooring in, refreshed all the paint, fixed all of the imperfections, replaced tile, and somehow made the whole place feel brand new. Oh and how could I forget, he even added a third bedroom, which was a total game-changer when trying to sell. He was super communicative throughout the whole process, always kept me in the loop, and worked fast without cutting corners. His pricing was more than fair, and he even helped me when I was in a financial bind. Honestly, he’s just a wonderful human and even better at his job. If you’re thinking about doing work on your home, I’d recommend Pedro and P&K in a heartbeat.

When I posted on Angis list I needed a painters for a 3bd 2bth, P&K called Immediately. I spoke to Pedro the owner. He asked all lot of questions, about what I expected. After telling Pedro I chose Chantily Lace, he recommended low Luster. He was right. 2coats, doors., woodwork, trim. I could save money by not doing the back of doors & closets. They were in good shape. He started within 2days I Immediately felt comfortable with Pedro & his men. They were all respectful of me &y home They prepped every room, covered everything, moved all my furniture and started painted. I'm so thrilled with their painting, truly artists They also took down my old medicine cabinet and you would never know it was there! They also too all my items I didn't want to the dumpster for me. Above & beyond what I hired them to do. All my furniture was put back in place! I would highly recommend P&K to come to your home and make it beautiful ❤️

We had leak damage in our ceiling from HVAC unit. Need repair in the ceiling as well as Repainting the entire ceiling. Also needed guest bedroom drywall repairs and paint. They completed the work in 1 day and their pricing was very reasonable. Work was done to my satisfaction. I would hire again
