The man who owns the company told us we needed a new hot water heater, and after the new one was installed, it turned out we had simply run out of propane. He never itemizes his bills and he charged me double the price of the new heater. We had used the service beforehand and found that some of the workers were good, but the owner is incompetent and greedy.

The plumbers worked hard to find the clogged drain. They were persistent until they found it and cleared the drain. The cost was very reasonable in light of the amount of work and dirt involved.
