"Hello Mr.Han hoping this email finds you well and in good health, just wanted to mention yes there was a delay only because the month we where schedule to work it literally rained most of all that month we had several scaffolding erected, working in the rain or even the day after it rains on scaffolding is very dangerous for my workers due to a slipping hazard, we take extra Precaution when working on the field to make sure everyone is safe and took in care of. I apologize for the delay witch resulted my other clients jobs to be started on, in a results of rains witch caused 1 job delayed. I do apologize witch I tried my best to show you, in regards in the action of doing extra work you where giving me while not apart of our contractual agreement, witch I accepted as good faith. included repairing /water proofing/ stucco & texturing with a new paint match, of another pillar as a 4th addition for our work witch we did gladly. hoping it made you feel right. in regards to the rainy day delays. we also cleaned fences free from stucco. 24hr hr days cleaning our best, witch you weren't happy with as well. I'm sorry but it does look new when we left, in result I ended up trying my best and painting the front back and sides entire gates from top to bottom, I was only going to paint our areas but the paint was a little faded from the existing color. that is why we painted the entire gates on the property to the same but fresher color. so that way it looks great, even, and new with no faded paint on the gate.. I do apologize for delays . in regards to payment, yes it was a new employee who was expecting daily rates. unfortunately we pay bi weekly . due to the fact we are generating capital as a sound business on our 2nd year and in that way it allows us to build capital while being able to pay our guys and keeping All happy. I ended up giving him his daily rate, took in care of. can attach a tax papers if needed we listened to mr Han and tried ur best to make it right, apart from mr.hans review, we do have a 5 star rating please my other future clients review my yelp business page under plaster craft.
