Dennis did an excellent job of cleaning our 2 area rugs. He even brought fans to help with the drying while he was here. We think he is the best carpet cleaner we have ever had. And, he is really a nice person.

Dennis updated me about his expected arrival. He was on time, as promised. He quickly measured my rug which had both old and new pet stains. He explained the steps he was going to take to remove them, then gave me a reasonable quote for the work. He was quick and efficient, taking great care of my rug and surrounding furniture. I am very pleased with his efforts, and would highly recommend him!

Dennis was very responsible, knowledgeable and helped us find an expert for re-stretching on of our rugs. He was polite, on time and followed through.

Dennis did a terrific job! It was a rush job, but he was able to fit me in before family arrived from out of town. He had to deal with some pet accidents in the carpet. He even got out a spot left over from the previous carpet cleaner! I highly recommend and will use him again!

Dennis from Platinum is a miracle worker! I needed my carpet and silk floor runners cleaned urgently the day before guests arrived. Dennis responded immediately to my request and I was convinced of his ability to restore my carpet to the best condition possible, and he really came through! My cream colored carpet was littered with significant cat vomit stains and had an overall grayish cast that a previous cleaning service could not eliminate. Dennis made my carpet look bright and new, and every stain was removed without a trace. He removed almost all water so I could walk on the carpet directly afterward and it was almost completely dry before I went to bed 8 hours later, totally dry by morning. Dennis accommodated me at the last minute and I am amazed at the quality result of his work. Dennis exceeded my expectations, he is an exceptional communicator, and I am confident he is the BEST out there. I will be using him for my upholstery cleaning. I very highly recommend Platinum!

Dennis was amazing. We have 9 cats, dogs and reptiles and despite the chaos he was friendly and kind. We prewarmed him of a couple trouble areas and he tackled them head on and we had great success today. Will be using this service again!! Thank you.

K, Dennis is not a 5 star but a constellation I hope Angi reads this! So here I go when you starting into business you take proud in your work , but some people start and then hire others ( who have no investment interest other than a pay check. I’ll pick one person every time over their hired help He is a very good listener & truly loves his job
