Fence is not level. one post is not plum. Asked me to pay an extra 50 dollar for supplies after we agree on a price. I had to throw away trash and replaced posts

Franz was very competent and finished the fence repairs. I will definitely call him again for other jobs.

Easy m going and quick work Electrical work was good but drywall work wasn?t done correct. I asked and they recommended for me to cover it up? which is not what I paid for. They wanted to charge more after the quote too.

Fast and great service

I made a request for the work on Saturday Feb 14 on the Angi website. Five companies were suggested. I contacted three. Within ten minutes I got a call from Franz Muller at PLC Handyman. I described the work, he quoted $250, and said he could come take a look at 3 pm today. He and his partner arrived at 2:30 pm, came in, had a look, confirmed the $250 quote, I gave them the go-ahead, and they left for Lowe s to get materials. They came back with six doorknobs. Franz took his planer to the top of the sticking door. I asked if he shouldn t take the door off to do that and he said no. The planer chipped the paint on the sides, broke off twi sizeable chips on the end and made a sawdust mess on the wall, the top of a dresser, and the carpet. Meanwhile his partner removed one doorknob and said there was a problem. The doors were old and not standard. They needed a kit to cut bigger holes for the new knobs. As they left, Franz announced this would double his original quote to $500. Caught off guard with the work already started, what was I to say? I told them proceed. They headed back to Lowe s. They returned with the kit, some superglue to repair the door chips, and an additional knob because they only bought six originally (I had shown them there were seven). Franz glued the chips and then left my house. His partner did all the doorknob work. I helped him a little by removing strikes and cleaning up sawdust messes. He said Franz had gone to get something to eat. When most of the knobs were replaced, Franz reappeared, hung around, then used my bathroom without asking. He left a big mess in my toilet and didn t bother to turn on a fan. When all the knobs were replaced and checked, Franz announced the fee was $500 plus the two Lowe s invoices ($150). I said I wasn t clear that the quote didn t include parts, but I wrote a check to him for $650. I got no written receipt, no warranty, and all the old knobs were left for me to dispose of. My wife and I did all the cleanup of sawdust and debris. I had to touch-up paint the door. The whole job seemed to be handled in a messy and rushed fashion. Nothing in writing. Messes left. No offer to remove or cover wet shoes. Even the kit I paid for was not offered to be left. They kept it. This is my first use of Angi. I guess I thought vendors were pre-screened so these kinds of problems would not occur.

From the initial phone call to the completion of project was awesome. I had a variety of needs and each was completed perfectly. Honest, on-time, perfect work... Look to more projects to hire them for.

I hired Franz and Robert to repair damaged plaster that had been a chronic problem. They arrived on time and had the problem fixed in one day. They cleaned up beautifully. I cannot tell that there had ever been a problem. I plan to hire them again for other plaster damage in the near future.

They did a great job. They were always on time and got the job done in a very decent amount of time. Keeping the business card for future peojects.

Ron did a great job of clearing snow off my roof. He was able to come out quickly so the area causing issues could be addressed.

I had this company come out to my house to fix a upstairs tubs leak and its wasn't fixed, they was throwing idea and part at stuff thsts wasn't even the problem. After they left after I paid them $346 without any issues being fix, I text them a few days later and told them aboit the leak thats didnt get fix. They was rudes and text me back when I told them I will be reporting this. They came out and throw more sealant on and use a pipe wrach and made the problem even worst as to make my shower and tub unused able as its just a waterfall down when water is ran through. I did contact them for a refund of $346 and told them I will be taking my business elsewhere as its gonna cost way more to fix this issues. I will not recommended this company to anyone as they did everything half fast. They had my premisssion to cut wall ajd stuff to get it done the right way but chose to cut corner because this job wasn't big enough for them I felt like.
