They are a honest hard working company that I would recommend to anyone. They kept me posted as to time and cost before they started so there was never a surprise at the end. They fixed my very old appliances like new or better. They fixed my dryer, stove, trash compactor and tuned up the washer. This company is a real find for me as I didnâ t want to spend money on new appliances. Thank you guys!

Phillip and Quinton are an amazing team! I had a complicated refrigerator repair and they were able to fix it. They checked in with me and followed up several times. At one point the fridge was running a little warm and they came right out to take a look and got it nice and cold again. PLM is a great repair service and I will use them every time! Thank you so much to the PLM team.

Hard to get immediate service...had to wait a week. Call out fee higher than others I have used.

Very responsive, did just what we needed, very efficiently and came when they said. Ordered part we needed and came back to install. We would definitely recommend PLM and hire them in the future ourselves.

Called 1st thing in the morning to "put me on the books" which was great. She could not give me any sort of time however when the repair guy would show up. None. Said he would call when he was on the way. Well he did call about 5 hours later that he was 5 minute out. If you can afford to take the whole day off waiting for the repair guy to call than PLM is great, but if you have a job/life and need a window at least, call someone else. Other than that, the repair guys did great work. In and out in less than 15 minutes.

They have been here twice and still have not repaired the icemaker.

I got an appointment quickly and they arrived at the stated time calling me to let me know they were on their way. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and I only had to pay for an hour. I would use them again in the future if I have a problem.

PLM came out on New Year's Day and repaired our GEMonogram refrigerator. Did excellent work.

Mr. Moreno of PLM Repair came to my house only a short while after I had searched on home adviser for an appliance repair company. He came the day after Thanksgiving after I had explained to him over the phone about my refrigerator issue. He diagnosed the plugged drain pipe over the phone and sounded very knowledgeable, so I immediately hired him. Minutes later he came and quickly unblocked my defrost drain and only charged me for an hour service call. I can’t recall when I have ever had better service in such a short time! They could have better communication with customer as to when they will arrive. Other than that the repair guy was very knowledgeable and knew what was wrong and repaired it in less than an hour.

The scheduler and the repairman were super courteous and professional. I first contacted the business by email on Sunday and by the next morning they had contacted me and scheduled the repairman’s appointment for that very day. Phil determined the problem, made the repair, and my dryer is working again (hooray!). I am totally satisfied and grateful.

In mid-July I paid $507.11 to PLM Repair to order a replacement control panel for my Dacor oven. I did not hear back from them so had to keep calling every 2 weeks to ask for an update. Each time I called I got a vague answer from Randy in the office regarding the status of my order. Finally in mid October I cancelled the order and asked for my money back. I have not received my money, even after 3 phone calls. This is not acceptable. To his credit, Phillip did a good job diagnosing the problem. He was professional and efficient. My complaint is with his support staff.
