I got an appointment quickly and they arrived at the stated time calling me to let me know they were on their way. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and I only had to pay for an hour. I would use them again in the future if I have a problem.

Mr. Moreno of PLM Repair came to my house only a short while after I had searched on home adviser for an appliance repair company. He came the day after Thanksgiving after I had explained to him over the phone about my refrigerator issue. He diagnosed the plugged drain pipe over the phone and sounded very knowledgeable, so I immediately hired him. Minutes later he came and quickly unblocked my defrost drain and only charged me for an hour service call. I can’t recall when I have ever had better service in such a short time! Mr. Morris was professional and efficient, and I highly recommend his company. Judy West repair on 11/23/18

They could have better communication with customer as to when they will arrive. Other than that the repair guy was very knowledgeable and knew what was wrong and repaired it in less than an hour.

The scheduler and the repairman were super courteous and professional. I first contacted the business by email on Sunday and by the next morning they had contacted me and scheduled the repairman’s appointment for that very day. Phil determined the problem, made the repair, and my dryer is working again (hooray!). I am totally satisfied and grateful.

In mid-July I paid $507.11 to PLM Repair to order a replacement control panel for my Dacor oven. I did not hear back from them so had to keep calling every 2 weeks to ask for an update. Each time I called I got a vague answer from Randy in the office regarding the status of my order. Finally in mid October I cancelled the order and asked for my money back. I have not received my money, even after 3 phone calls. This is not acceptable. To his credit, Phillip did a good job diagnosing the problem. He was professional and efficient. My complaint is with his support staff.
