"Oh my God I went to your home and I provided a service. The chair was repaired. If the screw came out thats not my problem I repaired the situation I did not rip you off. Just like Angi charges me for the lead. I have to charge to get in my truck and go out and provide my service. Im sorry again not a violet statement..
