I met Paulo with PMCA Bathtub & Tile Refinishing not in Home Advisor but in person of another project he was working on. Paulo of his company PMCA Bathtub & Tile Refinishing has gone to school and well trained in reglazing sinks, bathtubs, tiles and much more. Paulo of PMCA Bathtub & Tile Refinishing has a business partner that does nothing but tile replacement and repair under the name of DJ Tile & Home Improvement. I had my bathroom sink, bathtub and tile reglazed along with tile repair work done of very high end quality. I would strongly recommend PMCA Bathtub & Tile Refinishing to you all.

My wife was very pleased with the professionalism and the guarantee of work completed. The price was a little more than I expected but having the non slip paint product applied to the floor of the tub made up for the expense.

Paulo explained everything he was going to do to refinish our tub. I told him we were very sensitive about the new tile we had just installed. He said "don't worry, I'll cover that." When I checked in on him a little later, he had covered ALL of the tile, the toilet and the sink. Very through and takes pride in his work. Bathroom was completely clean when he left. Paulo was a pleasure to work with and we are delighted with our new tub.

The customer service was great at first. The owner, Paulo explained the process and cost and convinced me to go with PMCA. The folks that came to do the tub were also kind, however they left a rusted screw in the lever plate of the tub which was impossible to get out. There were air bubbles and drips that dried with the finished enamel and it does not look good. I called to discuss, as they guarantee satisfaction, and never got a call back. I am very disappointed as I would have gone with a cheaper company for the lack of quality of service we received.

Paulo's work was impeccable. He was a pleasant gentleman. He was very professional and efficient. The day of the project, he arrived on time and finished as promised. After the tub was finished, education for its maintenance was supplied.

Paulo at PMCA was fantastical I would highly recommend him to family, friends, etc. He is the ultimate professional. He has expertise in what he does, is diligent and meticulous in his work and polite and respectful in his customer service. I would highly recommend him. He answers calls directly so if you call and have to leave a message it is because he is working on a job ( like mine which took 5 hours) so calling early morning or late afternoon is best but he will get back to you. We had 2 others give us ultra but he was by far the most professional and the cost was extremely reasonable.

After an initial consult in our home, we scheduled with PMAC. On the scheduled day, nobody showed up. We called and they sent a crew right away and they showed up that same day. So our project remained on schedule. Our existing tub was in good shape so it was $395 all-in. Great money saving alternative to demo'img the tub! We are very pleased.

I was entirely amazed! I knew that refinishing the tub would make it look nicer and more enjoyable for using but WHOA it looks amazing! He was also SO quick at getting it done. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my "new" tub. Thank you SO much for fitting us into your schedule and for doing such a fabulous job. We can't wait to recommend you to anyone looking for a refinishing or if we ever need your help again, we'll definitely call you!
