PMC Construction

The project went very well through planning and scheduling. The installation crew was messy and seemed careless about the property (shingles and debris all over the place) breaking landscape lighting and destroying the landscape.

We had some challenges during the project but overall I was happy with the way PMC handled them. Would recommend.

My experience was the worst I have ever had with a contractor. Mike was the worst. Unprofessional, rude, false statements. He asked me to meet him at Home Depot and told me I had to pick everything for my bathroom remodel and I had to pick something that was in stock. (He said it would take 6 weeks if I ordered on-line. lie. He told me after I got there that I needed a credit card to charge all materials. When I told him I did not bring my credit card, he said let me call my office to see if I can charge it and we can bill you. He is the owner!! Why would he have to check with his office. When there was a wait at the tile department I suggested that we go look at something else we needed. he said, No, we have to pick everything in order. I did not know till after my horrible experience that Mike was the owner. Ridiculous.

Mike is one of the most knowledgeable contractors I've ever worked with. He was extremely accommodating and helped me with handy man chores when my other contractor left me in the lurch. He gives great advice and his professionalism is refreshing. I knew how much everything would cost and there were not any surprises. As for the quality of work, I just don't think I could find anyone who could do a better job. I highly recommend Mike and his crew, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent.

Very respectful and courteous.

Fantastic service, clear pricing, and neatness

The person who came out and gave me the estimate was either dishonest or. It knowledgeable. The site contractor contradicted what that person told me, without ever having entered my home, and, of course, that meant I was going to have to pay an extra $500.00. While doing the job, they removed something the first guy said they would not need to remove. The site supervisor said they could not put it back because it was. Broken, but it was not, so he just gave it back to me after having replaced it with a material I wasnâ t really happy with. They purchased that and some other items that I had to pay for without pre-approval. Although they do a good job, I would not do business with them again.

Great experience - service was prompt, professional, and fairly priced. I couldn't want anything more from a company. Would definitely recommend!

Robert did a great job. He did not turn the house upside down. He was efficient and professional.

Amazing. I needed a bathtub faucet replaced (so I thought) and my kitchen faucet replaced. PMC called about an hour after I requested and showed up at my house two hours later. Robert was professional and patient. He recognized an issue I didn’t know I had and went to the store to get parts. He returned immediately and worked around my schedule to complete the job. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work. Cost was reasonable. I found out PMC does other renovations so I will definitely be in touch with them for other jobs.

We hired PMC to renovate the original bathrooms in our house. The crew arrived every day right on time, and their work was excellent. The man who did all the tile work is a craftsman. They took care to cover areas around the two bathrooms. and cleaned up well every work day. They finished both bathrooms in about 3 and half weeks. We were very pleased with their workmanship, and a couple of follow up visits for two minor issues. Should we have another home improvement opportunity, we would hire PMC again without reservation.

They were able to perform the work on the same day that I called them!

Robert was quick and efficient, and fixed our problem quickly

They responded very quickly to my needs and did an excellent work I recommended Fernando

PMC Construction was very quick and professional arrived on time within 1 hour after we discussed the issue. Rob was great and provided the steps that need to resolve the clogging issue. I was so happy with the result and reasonable cost. I would recommend PMC to all my friends. Thanks you!
