I would recommend Gary to anyone looking for a thorough chimney inspection/cleaning. He showed up on time and ensured I understood all aspects of our chimney. Gary took many pictures of our chimney and identified potential problem areas. He was very informative and went above and beyond my expectations. We will definitely use PMCS, LLC for our yearly chimney inspection/cleaning.

Chimney inspector, Gary Moore, did complete the assessment for my roof and a roof liner was recommended . After the initial meeting, I did not hear from Mr. Moore regarding the agreed upon work. He left one message stating that he had provided a proposal via e-mail which I never received. I had requested that he submit the estimate via mail but again, never received. I am now out $106 for a mere assessment. Mr. Moore was extremely unprofessional and I will never use this company for any work.

Responded to our call within minutes and was here the same day. Impressive business skills combined with outstanding chimney service - 5 stars all around! Provided before and after pictures, thorough explanation of all issues and recommendations, plus great customer service and follow-up.
