One of the worst electricians.,...you are better off doing the work yourself...I don't think he is licensed also

By far one of the worst electricians I came across. We worked on a house yesterday on Bushwick Ave in Merrick, Long Island and I watched this man break a car charger port. And he acted like I didn’t notice it and charged the homeowner 2k for the job. Patrick Gibbs , black bold headed man PLEASE be aware . He makes a lot of mistakes. I walked off the job, he is hiring helpers and he is not even on the job site …I called him for a 9am job that he setup but he was in the bed sleep. He gonna respond with a lame reply..WEAK lol …horrible service….and I’m still waiting to get paid

You can NOT find a more HONEST company! I hired them to bypass a ballast on a flourescent fixture. They discovered an unrelated faulty contact and repaired it free of charge!!

This company changed the led Lights for my store on July 2024, Since then the lights went off 3 times because of using cheap Transformer Converter Adaptor. They gave me one year supplies warranty, They came to change the adaptor and they broke my big street flexy sign and instead of being apologetic, The owner started to yell at me and tried to put the blames on me. The lights are not working for the third time and I called and texted the owner ( Mr. Patrick Gibbs) since December and he refused to come and asked me to hire people to open the sign and then he will come to fix the lights. Be advised, Services Investigation.

got this company Pmgelectrical service through a referral from a friend! The owner Patrick is very arrogant and unprofessional and all about money. Safety is not what his company is concerned about. I had a new electrical line installed for my dryer, 2 young guys came to install and appeared inexperienced. Outlet on wrong, left big hole in my basement wall. Now being home more noticed when it rains it blows. So contacted the owner and told him, he disputed my concerns. Suggestion I have the dryer checked, the dryer was unplugged and it still tripped. Now send another team out and they were useless didnâ t even check the wires. He had the nerve to say he didnâ t charge me for then changing of the equipment (fuse and outlet). If they come back it will be a service fee. Long story short second company comes out and this is what was behind this work a disaster!! I sent him every photo and video, that the wires were taped up, hole in the pipe which water was getting in, the pipe was highly active and the gentleman had even gotten shocked when attempting to touch it. The voltage reading was extremely high due to it not be grounded properly nor did they put the ground connection back on the outside of the house upon further inspection. Patrick Gibb was very dismissive on the facts and I mentioned these could be the issues. Thank the Lord my father was a construction worker/ contractor, my senses knew from paying attention to him and his work. To add insult to injury or should I say possible fire and death. He stated sorry for the inconvenience this has caused but I offered to come back out (for a fee though) but you got another company and that was your choice. Supporting small businesses to turn around and be ripped off!!

PMG very professional, arrived on time and left the area neat and clean. Patrick gave suggestions on where I could purchase the best value and design for my project. I will use him again for future projects.

Patrick and his staff were prompt as well as cost effective. I had some exterior electrical work done which consisted of replacing existing outlets, adding another and running an underground line 40 feet long for a swimming pool. The work was done efficiently, they cleaned up and were polite. I will rehire soon for an upcoming project.

I was way overcharged for the job. I got practically nothing for the money I spent you do not charge a customer $50 to change five light bulbs. Sorry.He also broke one of my dimmers and I had to pay to replace the one he broke. Really bad way of doing business.
