The contractor was a difficult personality to deal with for me. The work turned out fine and he did accommodate all my requests as best as he could.

The contractor completed half of the job at his first visit. He was pleasant, competant and neat. He was to finish the rest of the job after getting some parts. I waited a few weeks and called him and left a message, after he didn't come back. He did not respond to my message. I was so pleased with his first work that I intended to have him back to do several small jobs, however at this juncture, I will not have him back. PS: I've purchased the needed parts for the second half of the job, and will find someone else to complete it.

I was extremely impressed at the level of professionalism and service I received. I had a dishwasher from a "big box" store that I needed installed. What I didn't realize, until the guys from P&M arrived, was that the hinges of the dishwasher door had been bent. Without missing a beat they offered to fix it for FREE. They worked quickly and cleanly and I didn't feel uncomfortable having them in my home. To top it off they charged 20 and 50% less for the installation than their "big box"competitors. I would not hesitate to use P&M in the future.

The quality of the work was excellent. The project took much longer than expected to complete. There were also questions about the final cost of the project at the conclusion of the work.

From the very beginning he was extremely generous with the time he gave me answering questions and offereing valuable advice and guidance with some of the decisions I needed to make. Several difficulties came up during my project which could not have been detected until work was underway and Mike handled each of them with flexibility, skill and professionalism.

They were courteous and very knowlegable. I had a dishwasher installed my Lowes and the job left a lot to be desired. P&M came in and knew just what needed to be done and got the job done right and very fast. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Mike was very helpful and wanted to do the job right. He spent an extra hour making sure that the plumbing was done correctly, even fixing existing problems he was not contracted to fix at no extra cost. His expertise and friendliness are top notch. I would recomend him for all home improvement projects.
