They did a fine job. Were responsible in protecting the premises. Their price was reasonable. I would us them again. Question for you: I contacted the contractors you suggested. The prices ranged from $9,500 to $650. Why??

PMR Services paint our vacant apartments. They are always on time and complete the job with great timing. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Although there were some "bumps" during the project and the staff was very nice, Rafael and Shayna strived to make things right. Staff needs to be better trained for private residential properties as far as neatness is concerned. In the end, the painting project came out satisfactory.
