They were responsive and had reasonable price but the quality of the work was subpar. I was not going for the cheapest and they had good reviews but was disappointed with the quality of the spring clean up for what we paid. The yard still looks pretty messy, did not trim the grass, did not do a thorough job blowing the leaves and the sand on walkways, driveway, and street left from the winter, and left a big pile of sticks in the back yard (although they came back after I mentioned that).

Phil has been doing various landscaping and yard work for us for years. He is very accessible, does great work, and we trust his opinion and advice. He has continuously made our yard look beautiful every year.

the repair I had was tricky and needed a special part. the delay was due to the part on back order. when finally done the system is back up and running. I will need 2 new heads but this is just due to wear and tear. James was transparent about all the details which I appreciate.

Phil came out as scheduled ...work was done quickly at a fair price. His advise for repairing/upgrading my sprinkler system in the spring was very helpful.
