Green Environmental, LLC

Green Environmental charged me double for expedited delivery of test results, but when the results were not produced in the time promised, they refused to give me a refund. They also did not test the floors in the first inspection, but then they did test the floors in the final inspection and one failed requiring more cleaning and a re-inspection, which seemed to me to be a bait-and-switch. There was no way to prove that whatever lead dust was on the floors after the abatement was not there before the abatement and could have been addressed the first time. The whole thing felt like a scam to me, a set of requirements and contractors designed to take money out of my pocket in put into theirs for questionable benefits.

(This was actually a lead inspection, but there's no drop down option for this.) Rodney did an excellent job. He came out quickly, provided a fair price, did a thorough inspection, and explained well what we needed to do next to register with the state.

She was so helpful, she listen to me , explain the process, scheduled an appointment for Saturday, told me the price and gave me the Inspector name. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We initially hired Green Environmental to conduct a full lead assessment for a property we were under contract on because the home was built in the 1950s and we have a young baby (and you can never be too cautious about lead-based hazards!). When that house fell through, we hired Green Environmental again when we went under contract on a different house. They did an amazing job and were so thorough, responsive, professional and patient with all of our questions. Rodney was such a pleasure to work with and he explained everything he did in-person and not only provided a very detailed written reports, including specific recommendations for any findings, but he also went above-and-beyond by calling us after the inspection to tell us his initial findings over the phone. Ruth was an absolute joy to work and she made the scheduling, receiving of reports, and answering questions so seamless and stress-free. We would HIGHLY recommend hiring Green Environmental! We can move into our dream house with our baby without having to fear any lead-based hazards thanks to Rodney and Ruth at Green Environmental.

I needed an emergency lead inspection done within 24 hours. They responded immediately. They came out the very next day and my client was able to close on their home! They performed a FULL lead inspection and completed report for my client's home sale. They were prompt, on time, professional, and best of all the CHEAPEST price quote I received! I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use again in the future!

This was a retest. I had already had my house tested and found lead free so I was really angry to have to retest. The reception I got was great on the phone and the technician was prompt, fast at the test, and very pleasant to work with. I will recommend this company highly!!
