Flooded my house and refused to make it right.

Our home has a well, and we recently began having issues with it running out of water due to extra demand from company stay with us. Not a fun experience when it happens mid shower. After an internet search, we called PNH Plumbing and Wells and are glad we did. They impressed from the start; made us a priority, worked us into their schedule, and quickly came out and diagnosed the problemâ ¦a bad well pressure tank. They also performed a well recovery test. What impressed me the most was the phenomenal job of communicating with us, took the time to explain in laymanâ  s terms how our well system works, and what was causing the problem. Given my well recovery rate, we decided to go with a large (92 gallon) pressure tank. They came out the next day to install it. Again PNH Plumbing and Wells did a fantastic job communicating to let us know when to expect them. The new tank was installed as promised even though the PNH team had to work late. Bottom-line, the problem was fixed and Iâ  ve had no issues since. If you are having well or plumbing issues and are looking for a master plumber that is trustworthy, professional and a fantastic communicator; look no further. I give my PNH Plumbing and Wells my highest recommendation because they earned it. I will be a customer for life and will call them whenever I need help from a master plumber that I can trust.

Fantastic work

We have used PNH Plumbing for a number of jobs in the past and always been extremely pleased with their work, timeliness, professionalism, and reasonable costs. This time we had our toilet, vanity and sink replaced in our half bath. Wolfgang from PNH Plumbing did an excellent job. The vanity replacement was especially difficult since the new one did not quite fit exactly where the old one was taken out. Even with having to adjust for flooring that was not the same, baseboard, and molding issues, Wolfgang handled the removal and replacement like an experienced pro and got our new vanity installed expertly. We are extremely pleased with the way the new replacements look and work and would highly recommend PNH Plumbing for any plumbing work.

Phil was prompt in responding to my request. He answered all my questions patiently and gave me options. Very pleased. Wish I could have hired him for more aspects of my projects.

Of the five companies that submitted quotes for the replacement of my electric water heater, it was the only one that provided a prompt response. It also was one of the lowest quotes. They came on time and performed an excellent job and in accordance to my requirements. I strongly recommend this company.

Owner Phil Harris contacted me within 15 minutes of completing my request. He offered next morning service and his guys showed up on time and were very professional. My new hot water heater was replaced in a few hours and the final price was right on the quoted price Phil gave me the day before. A great company for your plumbing and renovation needs.
