Flooded my house and refused to make it right.

Our home has a well, and we recently began having issues with it running out of water due to extra demand from company stay with us. Not a fun experience when it happens mid shower. After an internet search, we called PNH Plumbing and Wells and are glad we did. They impressed from the start; made us a priority, worked us into their schedule, and quickly came out and diagnosed the problemâ ¦a bad well pressure tank. They also performed a well recovery test. What impressed me the most was the phenomenal job of communicating with us, took the time to explain in laymanâ  s terms how our well system works, and what was causing the problem. Given my well recovery rate, we decided to go with a large (92 gallon) pressure tank. They came out the next day to install it. Again PNH Plumbing and Wells did a fantastic job communicating to let us know when to expect them. The new tank was installed as promised even though the PNH team had to work late. Bottom-line, the problem was fixed and Iâ  ve had no issues since. If you are having well or plumbing issues and are looking for a master plumber that is trustworthy, professional and a fantastic communicator; look no further. I give my PNH Plumbing and Wells my highest recommendation because they earned it. I will be a customer for life and will call them whenever I need help from a master plumber that I can trust.

We have used PNH Plumbing for a number of jobs in the past and always been extremely pleased with their work, timeliness, professionalism, and reasonable costs. This time we had our toilet, vanity and sink replaced in our half bath. Wolfgang from PNH Plumbing did an excellent job. The vanity replacement was especially difficult since the new one did not quite fit exactly where the old one was taken out. Even with having to adjust for flooring that was not the same, baseboard, and molding issues, Wolfgang handled the removal and replacement like an experienced pro and got our new vanity installed expertly. We are extremely pleased with the way the new replacements look and work and would highly recommend PNH Plumbing for any plumbing work.

Phil was prompt in responding to my request. He answered all my questions patiently and gave me options. Very pleased. Wish I could have hired him for more aspects of my projects.

Of the five companies that submitted quotes for the replacement of my electric water heater, it was the only one that provided a prompt response. It also was one of the lowest quotes. They came on time and performed an excellent job and in accordance to my requirements. I strongly recommend this company.

Owner Phil Harris contacted me within 15 minutes of completing my request. He offered next morning service and his guys showed up on time and were very professional. My new hot water heater was replaced in a few hours and the final price was right on the quoted price Phil gave me the day before. A great company for your plumbing and renovation needs.

PNH responded to my Home Advisor inquiry within minutes and I scheduled them to come out the next day, Monday October 7th. I knew the well pump and pressure tank were in need of replacement, and hoped to push off the repair until after January 1st. Unfortunately my equipment was not on the same schedule. The price of the job, $3000, was well below what I expected, and there was no additional pressure of add on sales by the crew. The crew worked efficiently and were very professional in their skill and knowledge of what needed to be done to correctly fix my problem. Within the next couple of weeks, I plan to have PNH come back out to replace my 17 year old gas water heater. This company is one that I trust and recommend for well and pressure tank service.

We are in the process of selling our home and the company who inspected my well and pump system claimed I had a short and need to make a $3000 repair. PNH came out and tested my system and could not find anything wrong with it, saving me time and money on a repair that was not needed. I emailed PNH Maintenance and Repair on a Sunday morning, within an hour of sending the message, I got a follow-up phone call. The caller asked me several questions about my situation and then said he could come over with a couple of hours to diagnose the problem further. Phil arrived sooner than I expected and within 15 minutes of arriving checked the power supply, the cut off and on switch, the pressure tank and arrived at the speedy conclusion that the pump (which was 30 years old) needed replacing. Since we could get some water, we did not need immediate emergency service but Phil offered to replace the pump the following afternoon. He gave me a ballpark price as well. Which turned out to be very close to the final process. True to his word, he and Nathan came the following afternoon. The process was speedy and the crew took great care to ensure the work area was clean when finished and the water was on. They did a fantastic job and took extra time to explain everything along the way. I cannot say enough good about these guys. I would hire PNH Maintenance and Repair again in a heartbeat. PNH did a fantastic job explaining how they would install the waterless heater and soft water equipment. I ll be using them again to install our soft water system as well.
