Total Renovations

We hired Total Renovations for a project to repair many areas in the house from a pipe burst. They took over 40 thousand dollars from us and abandoned the job. It was extremely hard for them to finish anything, as they would get close to completing a task then move on to something else. What work they did do, was very shoddy at best. It was clear that they had never installed tile or wood trim work before. We now have to spend more money than the original bid to complete this project and I would recommend to anyone to stay as far away from this company as possible.

I have over 4400 sq ft of living space and every nook and cranny was painted. They took care to cover what needed to be cover for this project. It was so easy to work with the company /team from the beginning to the end. There are so many cut outs in my home and they did an amazing job with it all. I will highly recommend this company if you are looking for some amazing painters to do your job! Thanks team Renovations!

Did a great and was on time and in budget.

Keanu did a great job on short notice of replacing sheet rock, adding tape, mud, texture, sanding and painting areas of our walls that needed repair. He was here every day for a week so the steps had time to dry well and it was done professionally. One day he couldn't make it, so he came in on the weekend to finish

Great experience from the first call until the job was completed. Very professional. We were not home while the work was being done, but received updates via text complete with pictures. Will hire them again.

I talked to Keanu Saturday and fence/gate was put up Monday, it looks great! It was a little more than I thought it would cost but very happy with how it looks.

Jake was very nice. He came over as soon as I called him, when I was freaking out over my drywall. But, the day he came to do the job, he was 35 min late and only did half the job. I've never known a contractor to suggest not finishing the job. I allowed it because he said I could tile over it. He still wanted the same pay that we agreed on eventhough he did half the job. Once I get started planning the tiling, I realize the wall has huge cracks between the panels and there are several uneven parts. That won't do for tiling. So, now, I have to finish it or hire someone else.

Jake and Jayden did an excellent job on our ceiling sheetrock project. They were very thorough in their setup and work on the ceiling. They did a complete job of cleaning up all of their work. They provided great value for their work. We would hire them for other work and would highly recommend them.

Our newly purchased home needed the hardwoods refinished and stained. Jake and his team worked fast and carefully to make our floors look amazing! Now the space feels like home! All of my questions were answered promptly. Any new information or suggestions about the project were discussed with me right away. They also painted and installed the baseboard trim, dismantled our chimney, patched our roof, built a fence, and hauled away a 15 foot ramp. All of this was done in less than a week! I will be calling them again soon for our next round of projects.
