Was very good at communicating at first. Said the garage conversion to a playroom would take a week. He spent 4 weeks barely working and constantly asking me for money for various reasons. Then when it came time for him to just finish he couldn?t install a door because he didn?t measure or frame correctly for it, he left texture all over everything possible, he ruined outlets, had HORRIBLE MUD AND DRYWALL WORK, he left gouges everywhere and made horrible flooring cuts and I am now out thousands of dollars and I have to spend easily another grand finishing and fixing things either he wouldn?t or couldn?t do. Awful terrible work. Avoid at every possible cost.

I hired Liam Howard to remodel a bathroom, repair water damage in the kitchen, paint kitchen cabinets and install new lighting. It has been SIX months of horrible workmanship and he's still holding me hostage. Nothing is complete or has gone well. He ruined the bathroom floor and the kitchen cabinets. The wiring for my fixture does not work nor was it done by an electrician and it needs to be torn out to be repaired. Which means cutting out the sheetrock and mud work done. He does not respond to inquiries on when to expect resolution. He should be ashamed, embarrassed and anxious to repair and resolve. NEVER HIRE LYING LIAM!!!

I used Liam for a surprise remodel, he was able to work me in to his busy schedule and then he was able to pick up other parts of the project as he went along. He is very flexible and very attentive.
