David was refered to my through 3 other people who didn't have the time to fit me in during a renovation. He came highly recommended and was egar to earn my business not just make a few bucks off another customer. Our interaction started with a simple text from him, within minutes we talked on the phone, 4 hours later he was at my house and I had a quote that afternoon from him. A few days later he was here when he promised and finished my job as we planned. David is professional, knows what he is doing and we talked through the plan to fix my HVAC return to get better air flow into my system. He uses Quickbooks so you will get your quote and approve online easily. Paying him is easy as well and all done online with no hassle. Because he is using the technology there is no wasted time in writing checks or dealing with paper. He is keeping up with the times. While he was doing the first part of my job I asked him about my main runs to all the registers. I had the same experience as the first time and he was here as promised and got me all taken care of. I cannot say anything but good things about him. I truly wish his work ethic and professionalism existed with other contractors i've dealt with. I'll be using him for my annual services now too.
