PNW Roofing And Construction, LLC

On August 16, 2024, I met with Adam Fort owner of PNW Roofing & Construction. He bid the cost of removing and replacing a total of 240' of fencing and two gates. We also discussed trimming shrubs that were against the fence with him. The agreement was that once the job was completed, he would let me know what the extra cost for the additional trimming, etc. would be. I signed the contract for the fencing/gate work and paid him $3,750. He told me he would start work the first week in September. The start date kept getting postponed. Work was started at the end of the second week of September. The contractor was not consistent in the hours or days he worked. He did not ever arrive at the time he stated he would be there. He also would leave at least two or three times during the day and finish his day in the early afternoon. The contractor was having surgery on 9/30/24 and informed me he would need some recovery time before finishing the job. I agreed to that. After not hearing anything for two weeks after the surgery date, I reached out and asked how his recovery was going. His response to me was "Not good." He also said he did not know when he would be able to finish the job and that if he were me, he would find someone else to finish the job. He said he would be willing to "call us even" at the $3,750 I paid him, I informed him that I did not agree to that because he had not even completed one-third of the $6950 job. He said that with the cost of $1500 to trim the shrubs we were even. I did not agree to $1500 for trimming the shrubs. (All the trimmings from the shrubs are still in a pile in the middle of my backyard.). After I responded to him and expressed that I wanted I did not agree to the cost of $3750 for what work he had done and that I wanted him to send his crew to finish the job asap. I got no further communication from him, nor did he answer the phone when I called him to discuss the situation. I left him a voicemail, asking for a return call, l which I did not receive.

We needed a handyman to install a new kitchen faucet and check the stove vent hood connection in the attic . Adam responded to the request within minutes on a Sunday as nd arrived within 2 hours on a Sunday! He was professional and efficient and done in just over 2 hours. I will use him again for any work I need, big or small, and recommend him without question.

Friendly, easy to talk to, thorough, had to customize deck around cement stoop and plumbing. Took longer than expected due to weather and issues with materials.

Adam and staff built and installed a new cedar and pressure treated wood fence with gate, and trimmed with 18â lattice, on top. All the materials were of high quality. They checked in with us during the project, willingly making design changes as the work moved along. Very competitive price and workmanship. Will hire again.

Could'nt be happier with my new fence. it was built exactly like I wanted. They took the time to pick out quality materials for the project & listened to any suggestions I had. Glad I chose PNW Roofing.

All went well. Adam came by, we agreed on a price and agreed on a time frame to finish job. Job done sooner than expected. He kept us informed throughout project. Excellent job and cleaned up jobs it Happy.
