Paul came out to our home for an estimate. We appreciate the time he took, although we found it concerning that he came with an estimate in hand, without doing any inspection of the roof or attic space. We did have 3 others come before him, he cited he didn't need to inspect since the others most likely had already and he trusted their opinions. Ultimately we took his lead, and trusted another company. Keep in mind, the estimate was prepared without the knowledge of their findings either. He also made a comment during his time here that he has plenty of other buisness and wouldn't be hurt if we didn't choose him, eluding that he isn't too concerned about our buisness with them. Overall, it was a fairly uncomfortable meeting. He also took it upon himself to lecture our child about not bothering him during his pitch. The 3 others did fantastic with our kiddo.

They do awesome work and Jay, Milton, and his crew are fantastic and very friendly to work with as well! I highly recommend Jay and PNW Roofing and Remodeling.

I highly recommend PNW Roofing and Remodeling if you are looking at a roof replacement. Jay and his team put a new roof on our home last year (sorry for the delay in writing the review Jay) and we were never disappointed or frustrated at any point in the process. Jay was professional, knowledgeable, always available by cell phone and in constant communication with us about the project-a rarity amongst contractors. The jobsite was clean at the end of the day and even close to a year later we have not found nails or debris from the job in the yard. The color looks great, no leaks, no complaints. The PNW crew is made up of respectful and hardworking guys that did a great job. Although it was not the cheapest quote we got, it was a fair quote and Jay was upfront about all costs in a detailed estimate. I cannot recommend this company enough. Jay, Milton and the boys, thank you.

Appreciate that Jay took the time to explain the reroofing process to us to replace our 22 yr old roof. He was the only one that did an attic inspection, able to show us where boards had become wet over the years. His crew cleaned up everything. His bid was the highest of those we received, but his bid contained everything that needed done--not like the other guys, which would have likely ended up costing us more in the end. They started on a rainy day (90% chance of rain with up to a 1/4" rainfall predicted) and finished the following day with no rainfall. They tarped and used dryers to dry out the attic. Milton helped us match the color of our new gutters better than what we'd originally picked and the roof and gutters go well with our house.

Jay, Milton, and the rest of the PNW team did a fantastic job from quoting all the way through install and cleanup. Answered any and all questions and provided a detailed and comprehensive quote that outlined all materials being quoted/used. Jay was prompt to schedule the initial site visit to provide a quote and did a thorough job inspecting the roof inside and out. Highly recommend for a straight forward process without any sales gimmicks or high pressure pitches where they try to get you to sign right there or have an offer only good for the duration of the conversation. I got 5 other quotes and more than a couple ended with more than a little sales pressure. While I won't need a new roof anytime soon I would already plan on using PNW Roofing for the next one.
