Paul came out to our home for an estimate. We appreciate the time he took, although we found it concerning that he came with an estimate in hand, without doing any inspection of the roof or attic space. We did have 3 others come before him, he cited he didn't need to inspect since the others most likely had already and he trusted their opinions. Ultimately we took his lead, and trusted another company. Keep in mind, the estimate was prepared without the knowledge of their findings either. He also made a comment during his time here that he has plenty of other buisness and wouldn't be hurt if we didn't choose him, eluding that he isn't too concerned about our buisness with them. Overall, it was a fairly uncomfortable meeting. He also took it upon himself to lecture our child about not bothering him during his pitch. The 3 others did fantastic with our kiddo.

"I do not see you as a customer however during Covid we shifted how we do assessments, we have drones and satellite and have invested in software to do an external very accurate assessment of the property as well as very accurate measurements etc remotely. We are certified at the highest level and have to do accurate assessments and inspections, we just have made the investment to do so and increase accuracy sorry if indeed this was not explained, we strive to explain that to any customers we meet with."
