Very good experience

Kenn kept in contact with me, arrived on time and quickly set to work. Our locks are quite old but in good shape. One of the locks gave him trouble but he stuck with it till he got it done. He noticed that my front door push button lock was set to stay unlocked and showed me how it works. I could tell he is fascinated by locks and really enjoys his job. My forever locksmith!

Kenn was very professional. I had 2 previous experiences with locksmiths that were very expensive and did very little work, and did not follow up as promised. Kenn told me would retrofit a new lock for me during our first phone contact,'Also told me rates without having to ask. With Kenn he was 15 minutes early, explained what he was doing as he went along, cleaned up the mess when finished. And then I finally had a NEW DOOR LOCK that worked. PS one of previous locksmiths destroyed one of the two locks that was on the door. Needless to say I was leary of having to deal with a locksmith. Kenn restore my faith in locksmiths. And by the way each of two previous locksmiths' invoices were over $300 each.

I work as a property manager for a commercial real estate company. Lock needs are always changing and break ins are an unfortunate reality of life in this city. Ken is always responsive to emergency repairs and often provides suggestions on additional security measures. The entryways that have seen these upgrades have been bypassed in favor of other targets.

Kenn really knows his stuff. I had severe crime issues with vagrants breaking into an apartment building I managed in a bad neighborhood in Seattle. He demonstrated to me how they were breaking in and he was able to find a solution using an astragal on each door. No more problems! My tenants were thrilled! It also ended up saving the owners of the building over $18k on a security camera system because the break ins came to a screeching halt! 3 other locksmiths and a crime prevent specialist couldn't figure out what Kenn solved in 10 minutes.
