The Wednesday 7th March snowstorm, brought down trees which knocked off our power lines and damaged the conduits and power box attached to our house. We called O'Brien that evening and they gave us a quote for the repairs and said they'll be there next morning to get us going. As promised, they showed up next morning and finished the job. They were very courteous in their approach and professional in their work. They did what was required as per code and helped in restoring power back. I would not hesitate to refer O'Brien for any electrical projects

They were very professional and did exactly what they promised. Patrick also guided me for choosing the correct panel for what my house needed. He could have up-sold me and made me spend more than I needed. But, he was honest and let me make the correct choice for my needs.

They were very responsive and found my problem. I was having power problems in my home, with lights dimming and equipment problems, like computers crashing. PSE&G came out and said there was no problem on their side, so the problem was on my side and I needed an electrician. Dave came down, took some measurements at my panel and meter and was able to confirm there was a problem and proved it was PSE&G. WIth that information and a little yelling I got PSE&G to come back and run their test like Dave did..... well they saw the problem was on their their side and fixed it.
