POM Contracting

I had my roof, gutters, siding and windows replaced by POM. Starting with Elliot he was great he listened to what I wanted done and followed through from beginning to end. His crews have an excellent work ethic and do top notch quality work. My overall experience with POM was great.

Elliott was top notch! His attention to every detail was fabulous! The gentleman, Billy, who built the entire deck by himself was incredible! His work ethic and high standards show in the quality of the work he completed! We now have a beautiful huge deck and we couldn't be happier!!

We had our deck replaced with POM. Elliot is one of the most responsive contractor Iâ ve worked with. It took about a month to complete our project and he kept updating us with the status. My experience with contractors is not very good. Most are very bad keeping up with the schedule and hardly call with updates. This is not the case with POM. I would definitely recommend and use them for future projects.

If you need a deck, POM is fantastic. Elliot will come and give your quote. Finally a contractor who really cares and checks the job almost daily. Very fair pricing and he will cover every detail. Billy and Dave, my builders were incredible. Rose in their office is wonderful on the phone. My 16 x 20 has got many "wows" already. POM WILL be doing future projects for me.

POM was referred by a neighbor who was happy with their work and we had the entire basement finished including a full bathroom added. We also had a beautiful staircase added to connect our deck down to the backyard. They did a fantastic job and were incredibly fast. They always showed up on time and cleaned up after. Very happy with the end result and will be using POM again for future projects.

We were kept up-to-date during the work, including pictures, and even received great suggestions for improving the design and safety of our deck. This was our first project with POM, but won't be our last!

Elliott, the owner of POM (Peace of Mind) Contracting, was unlike the other contractors I interviewed or worked with before. He's a great communicator. I always knew what was going on before it took place. He alerted me to the time his contractors would arrive and about how long they would be here and anything else that needed to be discussed. I was impressed with how he set an appointment with me to review the estimate, instead of just emailing it to me and then going back and forth by phone or email. His attention to detail is incredible. I also admire and appreciate how quickly he returned my calls or texts and how even after the job was done and he received the last payment he still was great at keeping up communication. One more thing, he didn't stop until I was 100% happy. All of his crews were all professional and a delight to work with. The sunroom is absolutely beautiful and it was done pretty quick. I just wish I had more projects to hire him for.
