Pool Boys' cost was a bit higher than others, however, their ability to address the issue rapidly made them very valuable to us. We did ask Pool Boys to examine an automatic chlorinator. While the assessment was that there was not problem, it does turn out that there was. Overall, good experience.

This was our first time using ServiceMagic to locate assistance. We were very satisfied. First of all, these guys responded within hours of our posting (by both email and a phone call). They came out to the house the very next day and put a repair in place. Unfortunately, one of the two repairs still had a tiny leak (substantial improvement though). I called them back that day and they made arrangements to return and correct the remaining issue at no additional charge. We were very pleased with both ServiceMagic and the Pool Boys Pool Service. We would definitely consider using both again. Thanks for a great service!

Pool Service was effective and timely. I was concerned about upcoming potential for frost. PBPS came fast and even was thoughtful enough to consider my particular constraints when draining the pool and filling the water bags. I will use them again in the spring!
