Pool Sharks

We hired Coy for our parents pool. At first he did a great job then as we kept him on he started to miss his cleaning days, never called to reschedule nor did he mention why he never came. My parents would call and text him and he would not answer at all. Then would show up whenever he felt like it. The total time we were able to use their pool this summer was 2. In this whole summer just 2 times. Because of the way he did the cleaning it would only last 2 days max before it would turn green again. He is the worst and Angis list should also be ashamed for putting this vendor on their preferred vendors list.

Hired Coy to fix an algae problem in my pool, told him I had an event in two weeks and needed the pool ready. He showed up and charged me for the whole month at front. the first day he shocked the pool. He did not brushed, vacuum or took a water sample. I text him and asked if just shocking the pool was going to be enough and he?s answer was ?give it a few hours and it should be swimmable again?. But the pool continued to look terrible, I text him a few days later and asked if he could come again and he agreed to come back on a Saturday but never did and when I texted him about him not showing up he suggested that I should add more chemicals myself! the second time he showed up he brushed the pool and added a few extra chemicals and left, but the water looked even worse. I vacuum, brushed and cleaned the filter myself hopping to bring the pool back to normal but I could not, and since I don?t know anything about pool chemicals I took a water sample to Leslie?s and they told me that the water was in terrible shape.. After 15 days the pool was no were near being swimmable and I had to cancel the event. Frustrated with the terrible service I end up calling Coy and asking him not come back, I politely mentioned that I deserved a refund for the remaining two visits that I paid in advance (I didn?t even asked for a refund for the two times he showed up), but he refused and that was the end of it.. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS GUY. I trusted that Angie's list would recommend a responsible person but Im very disappointed!

Coy came with another guy to clean my pool. He brushed to the bottom but not completely, and told us to come back in 3 days. Until today (over 2 weeks) he never showed up. I am trying to contact Coy to get a refund.

He came and used the net to clean the pool and did not sweep or vacuum. I checked my pool and it had dirt on the bottom, so I called him and complained about the dirt and told him to cancel the service. I paid for the month and should get a $70 refund, but probably will not. Really nice guy. I needed a better service.

Coy does a great job treating my pool.

We recently moved into our home, with a pre-existing pool, which I have a million questions about. Coy has been patient, informative and very responsive to any and all questions and we're very pleased with the quality of his work. Thanks to Pool Sharks, we're looking forward to an awesome summer in our well-maintained pool!

He did a great job and the pool is all fine and everything now. I was having problems with the motor and filter, the pool was green. Since he came out the water has been blue ever since.

Company is great on time and do there job.

We hired Coy to clean our pool. At first, he was doing a great job. We trusted him to continue to clean our pool after we moved out of state until our house closed. Our realtor went to the house two weeks later and found that it had not been cleaned since we left. It was worse than when we hired Coy. We had to hire a different company to fix the mess. We were left frustrated and unable to get our money back.
