Do not bother - really! First off they completely flaked their first appointment, no show, no call! Second try when I called to have them come out again (yea, dummy me), the technician showed up and said - Nope, we don't work on your kind of pool! However, I made it crystal clear in my intake call what I needed and the rep ASSURED me they could help. And be warned that this is the kind of company that makes you DOUBLE confirm appointments by not only texting and requiring a response (which is standard) but then also insisting on you calling back in to confirm again - even if you make the appointment for the very next day - lol.
