Post and Rail Fence

Joe and his team installed a fence for us in October of 2023. We got 3 quotes and they were all about the same price so went with Post & Rail .At the time of instillation, we had concerns about the sturdiness of some of the posts. When gently pushed on, the entire fence panel shifted. Joe cam out right away and filled in the areas with more dirt. He assured us if we had issues he'd be happy to come back. Joe's team also damaged one of our above ground pipes to our hot tub. He agreed that if we had issues in the spring when we opened the pool, he would pay for the repairs. Unfortunately, he is now refusing to do this despite multiple emails and requests he is now denying that his team broke the pipe (despite previously admitting to it). We paid $11,000 for the fence and are asking for $250 in repair costs for the pipes to the spa. Others should be warned that if something goes wrong during instillation, Joe may not be willing to work with you on a fair solution. I would not recommend this company.

Joe the owner and his workers were great. They came, gave an estimate and work was done quickly and professionally. We had a 104' post and rail fence replaced and the new one is beautiful. It was done perfectly. They also did a wooden stockade fence for us 1 year ago and loved it. Would use them again and again. Great job.Great to work with. Highly recommend them.

Contacted several fence Companies, Post and Rail showed up as scheduled, gave us a quote that we were very comfortable with. We hired Post and Rail to install approx.96 feet of 6 foot vinyl fence. They showed up at time they promised and did a great job installing our fence for the price that we were quoted. The fence looks great, very straight and level. Joe followed up on my Service Magic inquiry virtually immediately and promptly came to our home to measure. He provided a thorough, timely proposal for the fence and his price was very fair. Then he installed and completed the fence (wood & chain link) within a week of receiving our deposit. We are so happy with our new back yard!

Joseph Oram was just wonderful! He completed the job as promised and went above and beyond. I wanted to stain the fence and he was kind enough to drop off a picket at home for me to try different samples of stains. Also, one of the pickets installed warped and it happened to be right at the front of the house, by the gate. Joe came over and replaced that warped picket and left me a couple of pickets in case I had to replace any of them in the future. I am truly happy with the work he did. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant about it. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone. Thank you so much, Joe!

We got an estimate the next day, and the project was completed within a week. Price was one third of what another fence company quoted. Great job.
