Wow where do I begin, absolutely the best from my initial conversation to get pricing, to booking to insulation whatâ s top notch. Daniel was my technician and he was wonderful. Great personality, explained everything he was doing, down to taking pictures of what he did in the attic. Stayed and made sure everything was working appropriate and that I was comfortable with everything. Price was very reasonable and no quote unquote hidden fees. I will have Daniel back to do a complete look over on my unit. Definitely recommend Power Pros.

The consultant came out this AM and explained what work he recommended. He took pictures so I could see the issues. I scheduled the repairs for Thursday morning. I will see how everything goes with the repairs.

Both service men Albert Gomez and Eduardo Rodriguez were very professional, thorough, and competent. They were very helpful and answered my questions without hesitation. Albert serviced my HCAC and Eduardo did a complex plumbing analysis. I was very satisified with their work.

After interviewing about 6 other companies regarding our current heating/cooling system, we decided to go with Power Pro Plumbing because they did addresse the number one issue we were having which was an old/asbestos covered Ducting. Other companies were all eager to offer a total replacement of the system or just replace the furnace and Condenser. The latter being old but still quite efficient. To make a long story short, replacing the ducting was all our old house (1956) needed. The A/C works way better now and no more asbestos!

Technician was great. But manager refused to do difficult work on A/C. Paid inspection charge for nothing.

Carlos was knowledgeable and honest. I greatly appreciated how he not only installed our new smart thermostat but also went out of his way to check our HVAC system and give us pointers. Also appreciated him not selling us any other repairs or products.

Each technician did they job well. However it didn't fix my problem and a mechanical problem with the equipment made it harder to repair. Always see for yourself and ask questions.
