I was offered the role of Office Admin via typo-laced text message; Only to have my offer renegged after desperately trying to get a response to my inquiry "What will my hourly Pay rate be and may I please have details in writing?" 1 voicemail, 1 voice note, 2 text messages, and 2 voicemails later, I was FINALLY informed... by the daughter, that they had chosen to "go in a different direction" after I failed to accept the owner's verbal phone offer..... A phone conversation that NEVER happened. To be rejected is rough. To have an offer reneged, rougher. T o have purposely turned down ANOTHER job offer for this one, insulting. To be ignored, humilating. To be gaslight, infuriating. To be dismissed, unacceptable. Bug Squad Pow operates on a level of sketchy business dealings, papyrus files, dinosaur antiquities, and wink-wink/handshake agreements and deals. Show yourself the respect they refused me and DODGE THIS BULLET at all costs.

The job was completed on time. It was a difficult schedule right after the holidays and I'm so happy that the bug squad could get everything organized and completed on time.

In my search for a termite inspection, I called about 3 companies and Yelp sent to another 5. Within 10 mins from my call to POW-Bug Squad, I received a call back from Andrew, the company owner. They were able to inspect within a week. Since I make it a point to get 3 quotes, the other 2 companies that responded were also very courteous and was able to come out to inspect within 24-48 hours. Their price was competitive and their knowledge and recommendations on options were thorough and clear. I still wanted to wait until Bug Squad could inspect, to see if they were in line with my scheduling needs since i was having my roof repaired within a week thereafter. Fast forward, Josh came out to inspect and was so knowledgeable and informed me of my options and did not sway me one way or another but allowed us to make a decision and assured that they would accommodate as best as possible. My choice to go with Bug Squad was first.... the 10 min response time from Andrew, second the staff who made the inspection appointment were so nice, pleasant, and truly knows what customer service means! Alissa, Kelsi and Jackie... they made me feel like I was being prioritized, communicated so well every step of their process. From inspection, to receiving a detailed quote, to scheduling wood repair and fumigation. Make sure extras are specifically written in detail

This termite company did an excellent job in replacing all the wood rot around the entire house as well as replace exterior shutters that has to be custom fitted on the outside of the house. Their work is precise with great attention to details to make sure the job is complete and highest quality.

BOUNCE Fumigation company was very good

two other companies came out first. One looked at the project and never even called us back. Another gave us a quote to do the work in 30 minutes then when I asked for a written quote they said the office would get back to us and we never heard from them again. Andrew came out, looked at the issue, gave us a verbal quote, his office gave us a written quote, they showed up when promised (even a little early) did the work super fast, cleaned everything up. They did the quality work on-time for the agreed upon price! What a concept!

They were hard workers very clean and touched up paint to make the front of the house look brand new.

POW was excellent. Andy not only gave us an excellent estimate to repair the damage, but he diagnosed the underlying issue and included that fix in his estimate. The workers showed up on time and completed demo in one day and the repair and finish work on the next. My bay window was saved and the exterior looks wonderful. They painted the repair to match the window trim. Looks beautiful
