Anything I've asked him to do he has told me exactly when he could do it & it is always in a very timely fashion. He is extremely thorough. Arrives with absolutely everything he needs. Never had an issue with anything that he has come and repaired. He's exceptionally knowledgeable with everything from electrical, carpentry, plumbing- truly any and every thing!

Lousy service.

I had a problem with my well pump.I hired an electrican from them.I filled out an online application and about 2 minutes later there was a friendly women on the phone who setup an appointment at 6;30AM the following morning.He was here at 6:30 am promtly within a couple of hours the problem was fixed.They did a great job i would recommend this company to everybody.They were very friendly and professional from the lady on the phone to the electrican who fixed the problem.The rates and price was very fair.Thankyou once again.

Overall the quality and workmanship of the job was very good. There were several delays in getting the job done. The one or two day job took several weeks. The finish work for the project took a few months before that came to pass. Some of the delays were scheduling conflicts on our behalf as well. However, the job could have been done much quicker. I would use them again, however I think I would nail down a time schedule next time.

Tracy and her staff were excellent! They helped me through a difficult situation when I was out of town. The work was done professionally, quickly and at a fair price. Thanks for giving me confidence that there is still one quality contractor left in the area.

Customer service is key to my working with a projected contractor. I'm pleased to say that PPL is a honest rep business which is hard to find these days. The tech investigated my furnace problem. The tech did not try to sell me anything that wasn't warrant towards the situation. I rate PPL very high because my unit was an older unit and the tech by the way is a machinist, who build several parts that was needed. I recommend this company to "ALL" It's hard to find people who don't want to rip you off. Two thumbs up. If I had more than two thumbs they would be up as well. A very satisfied customer!!!
