Precision Door of Boise

I started with a tune up for the doors and discovered I really need new doors for the amount I would be spending on a tune up vs new doors.

Good Service, communication and very professional

I had a great experience. They sent someone out to give me a bid the day I contacted them and then the door can in after only a week when I was told it would take 3 weeks.

very professional answered my question and advised me what to do Thank you

The technician was timely with appointed times and and skilled in his repair work.

very prompt. Called on a Sunday just after my e mail to set up an appointment. He was at our home bright and early Monday morning. This was particularly important since my car was stuck in the garage.

Very pleasant and effective tech.

My door was in 3 days after I called to make an appointment. The tech. was very friendly and answered all my questions very thoroughly. The door is quiet and thus far works great. My automatic opener had a little seal crack by one of the numbers and they had it fixed the day I called. This company is a little more expensive then some, but I went with them because of their Lifetime Warranty on Parts and Labor.

Very knowledgeable, helpful.

His honesty and price

The estimate was fair and reasonable and Lance explained everything he was going to do.

The only reason I didn't rate the overall experience as Very good was because the tech was 30+ minutes late. I was given a window of 2-4pm the tech didn't arrive until after 4:30pm

Very efficient service and quality product and very helpful with questions I've had.

Prompt, honest evaluation of garage door problem. Courteous young gentleman.

Lance the installer saved the sale. Without his professional behavior Precision Door would have been a flop. Scheduling was a nightmare from the corporate office.

Kevin and a co-worker arrived at the appointment time. They had everything they needed on the truck and really knew what they were doing. They left me with a door with much better and heavier hardware than the original and knocked the job out in about an hour. I was impressed. I thought the price was a little stiff but than I DID get exactly what I wanted.

Very professional. Lance, my service technician, presented the service in a courteous and friendly manner. He explained the procedure in understandable terms and attended to every detail with knowledge and confidence. I highly recommend Precision Door Service to others in need of garage door repairs.

The Service man was named Lance, he was very professional and a pleasure to work with.I started with the lesser repair, but on Lance's advice did a complete rebuild. I'm so glad I did. Now I never have to worry about the door again.

More money than I wanted, but they took care of us fast and good and professional.

Quick, easy then oiled both doors as a favor. I thought a little pricey, but a lot less expensive than replacing a whole new garage door.really nice service man.

Overall our experience with Precision Door was great. They were friendly, provided prompt service, and very professional. The only glitch was a couple of communication snafus. These were easily resolved and we love our new garage door and opener. We would highly recommend Precision to anyone who is in need of this type of Service. PS: We never heard from the other two contractors even after leaving a message with one.

These guys did exactly what they said they would, on time, and done correctly. The whole process from bid to complete install was great. We're totally happy with the finished product.

Fast and professional!
