On 11/14/23 I had a service person come to my residence for a HVAC tune-up. After minimal time outside I was told I needed a new fan for my heat pump at the cost of $700. I was given no comprehensive review of the items checked for the tune-up. I decided to wait and get a second opinion before making $700 in repairs. As of today 5/5/24 my system continues to function appropriately . In essence I paid for a tune-up and got deceptive business practices on unneeded repairs.

Sinks and tubs were backing up in the house found preferred services online and noticed they had a very high rating. Contacted them right away and they said somebody will be out the same day.. Chris Gibbs and Sean showed up in a matter of hours and were able to troubleshoot the issue very quickly. They drained the sewer line so we can at least use the shower and the bathroom.. Chris came up with a game plan for a permanent solution. They came back the next day repaired the broken sewer line dug up the septic tank and had it pumped out. They also replaced all the pipes in the crawlspace.. With Chrisâ s experience and customer communication he us a very big asset to Preferred services. Chris and Sean is an awesome team. Would highly recommend.

They were quick to reply to my quote request and Blain arrived when they said he would. I noticed my water heater had gone bad around 11:00am and they had the new one installed around 6:00 the same evening. Blain was extremely nice, professional, and respectful and the work seems to be top notch.

The Technicians were punctual, professional, and courteous. Installed 4 ton 16 sear Lennox split unit AC with gas furnace in one day, and did a great job.

Cody & EJ arrived earlier than scheduled and provided truly top notch, white glove level service. They went above and beyond to follow Covid distancing protocols and promptly put booties over their shoes. They were a sight for sore eyes after 3 days of no A/C in Mid-June in the S.C. heat. They were able to quickly diagnose a stuck pin and then get the unit going and recharged quickly. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.
