I have never met Rich before until the day I paid him for the work. I trusted him to go in and out of my garage alone, and I could not be more satisfied with the quality of work and his overall personable demeanor. Rich is an awesome Carpenter and I would recommend him to anybody. I plan on using him for many more projects I have at my New Hampshire property.

Very reliable.Though the garage door (new) was delivered only 6 weeks after placing the order , Mr. Paquette made temporary repair to the old garage door bracket. This was very helpful especially for us to roll the trash cans out..we are satisfied with the installation too.

Rich was fantastic to work with. He not only installed our garage door opener, he corrected the install errors of our garage door. (We had someone else install door) was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and time efficient.

When our garage door would not open Rich Paquette made a Saturday trip to our home to diagnose a broken spring. He showed us how to open and close the door until a new spring could be installed and ordered a new spring. Rich installed the new spring before the date he had specified. We highly recommend Rich and Premier Garage Door and would call him again for any garage door issues.
