I had a very pleasant experience working with the guys at Premier Overlay. The quality of work is great and the price was reasonable. The concrete floor in my crawl was creating dust. Sean was very prompt in responding to me and answered all of my questions. (which I had a lot of; I did quite a bit of research on the subject of concrete dusting and he knew his business) We ended up grinding down the really rough spots, adding a hardener and then a clear topcoat. When the first topcoat dried and it was evident that one wasnâ t enough, Sean came back in less than a week to finish the job. I highly recommend Premier Overlay. It is clear that they take pride in what they do and that customer satisfaction is important to them. Every person I had contact with was polite and helpful. I highly recommend using them and would use them again if the need ever arises.

This was the type of experience that I always hope for but rarely get. The job happened exactly as planned, on time And as quoted. It has been several months now and the finish looks like it was done yesterday. The people are also easy to work with. Great job!

Attention to detail, worked well with us to complete the work timely and courteous. I love walking on the patio and sidewalk in my bare feet. It feels very comfortable. Easy to rinse clean than it did without the treatment.

These guys did a terrific job, they fit us in mere days after we contacted them, and the price was right. Great communication leading up to the job, great interactions with the entire crew while they were here, and they worked so quickly- prepped, primed, and poured in under two hours. (We needed a self-leveling underlayment poured over a failed one, which itself was poured over a radiant heat system.) Fantastic experience and have already recommend them to our friends.

Sean and team very amazing! They went above and beyond to give my garage a great new, level, attractive surface. When they encountered an unexpected challenge in my 100 year-old garage, they solved it themselves without any impact on the final result or price. They were great in every way!

Sean was very amiable and provided an estimate for patching my concrete painted floor that was exactly in the $$ range I hoped for. He and his crew of two showed up on time and did the repair with no fuss, removing all debris from the work area each day. I am very happy with the results and glad I didn't attempt to do this work myself as I never could have achieved the results that Premier Overlay did - what a great color match.

Sean is a very positive person, friendly and super responsive on phone and text, who showed up at my door for a quote within one day from my request and started the project in less that a week. He explained the entire process to me beforehand, was confident about the expected end result and charged me a fair price. My project was to level and finish a broken concrete porch that was so messed. Due to rain and storm in the middle of the project, it took a bit longer than estimated and it made the work more challenging for Sean and his crew, which cost them extra work but he never charged me anything extra, And eventually delivered a nice job. With friendly and honest customer approach and delivering a good job, I highly recommend them

We were extremely impressed with Premier Overlay. I rarely write reviews but Sean and his crew from Premier Overlay were great to work with and gave us an awesome finished floor. They finished our basement floor which transformed the space from a dingy wet concrete floor to an inviting area with a contemporary overlay/concrete finish. Every person that has seen our house post-remodel has commented on the floors. It's a really cool effect with some movement in the floor and a perfect color finish to match our style. It definitely exceeded our expectations. A huge bonus was that the system is also a moisture mitigation so we no longer have water seeping up through our concrete during periods of heavy rain. I also can't recommend Sean and his crew highly enough when it comes to personality and customer service. He is super positive and went above and beyond to explain every step of the process and addressed every question and concern we had. Doing a whole house remodel there were quite a few headaches so it was refreshing to have this part of the job done so professionally and competently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends or family. The price was very competitive and best of all we really love spending time in the basement now. It has really helped transform the space. We hired them to get our concrete coloring, overlay and finishing. The job done by previous workers was not at all good. Lot of spots and white marked appeared immediately after the job was done. We were looking for someone to fix it. Heard about these guys. They were very prompt to respond and came to take a look at it. The customer service is outstanding. The job was done in flat 4 days and now the concrete looks beautiful and just the way we wanted it to. Have been receiving great compliments from friends and family. Thank you for doing a great job. Would definitely recommend it all.

We hired Sean and his team to pour a concrete floor in our condo. It turned our truly amazing. Even better than I expected. I can't say enough good things about working with these guys. I had a basement project that I thought was near impossible to handle and Sean came in and went to work. He knew exactly what needed to be done. Not only did he hit the project out of the park, he was always a phone call away day or night. Perfect finish by meticulous owner and you can tell that passion trickles down to the rest of the team. I hired Sean to refinish our garage floors and he took drab concrete to a showpiece focal piece of art. WOW....thatâ s all I can say. They were there working until 9pm because they knew I had cabinets coming and they wanted sufficient time for the finish to harden. Excellent company and excellent results. Highly recommend!
