Jose Alvarado and his team at Prestige Home Design recently completed a major remodel of my home. Having met with several contractors and receiving multiple quotes, I chose PHD due to their Professionalism, Flexibility, and competitive pricing. From our first meeting through the final walkthrough, Jose’s professionalism, craftmanship, and attention to detail were exceptional. He was completely involved in every step of the project, and always on hand as needed, to ensure the work was done to my satisfaction. Throughout the process, PHD and Jose Alvarado consistently demonstrated strong communication, clear project management, and a genuine commitment to quality. They ensured that every phase, from framing and structural work to finishes, was completed to the highest standard. Jose’s ability to speak fluent English and Spanish is a key asset that was extremely helpful in working with all the sub-contractors. The final result came in on time and on budget! Awesome Job!!

Working alongside prestige home design was a great process for us. We were unexperienced in the world of building from scratch and they helped us along the way from explaining the process and also helping us think ahead! Their professional suggestions helped us rethink certain materials, placements of doors and just designing overall in order for us to get the most of our space! Their relationships with the city planners also allowed our project to be finished within a reasonable time which we appreciated too! We’ve suggested them to our friends and family because of the trust we have built with this company. If there’s ever a need in the future, we would absolutely work with them again!

We did an addition to our interior living and added a modern look to our home. We had an architect draw up the plans and we interviewed 5 or 6 contractors. We ended up choosing Jose and his team as we felt they grasped the overall look we were going for and asked the right questions of my wife and I. Jose and his team were on the job daily and we held a meeting every Friday to go over work that was done that week and what was scheduled the following weeks with a calendar on the wall so we could always see the schedule as we were living in our home. Jose was great to help us with decisions as they were coming mid project and when we offered something he would always challenge us, which I appreciated, as I did not want to finish the project and look back and say, “We should have done this”. Jose knew this and felt the same, always giving us another idea or perspective before our final decision. Jose is very attentive to the small details and the end result is very important to him.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Prestige Home Design on our home renovation. From the beginning, their team was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us create a home we love. One of the things we appreciated most was their guidance throughout the entire process. Renovations come with a seemingly endless number of decisions, and they were always willing to talk through our options, offer thoughtful recommendations, and help us find solutions when something needed to change. And speaking of changes—we definitely had our share of last-minute change orders! Prestige was incredibly patient and accommodating every single time. Rather than making us feel like we were creating a problem, they worked with us to figure out how to make the changes happen and kept the project moving forward. That kind of flexibility and attitude is invaluable during a major renovation. Communication was excellent, the team was a pleasure to work with
