PRESTON CRAFT HOMES LLC

Joel Preston and his team of outstanding subcontractors did an amazing job on our high-end kitchen remodel. Project was managed well, good communication, and completed on plan. Highly recommend.

Preston Craft Homes recently completed a remodel of our family room, downstairs bathroom, the entry and part of the kitchen. This contractor was recommended to us by friends who had already used his remodeling services. The work included removal of old wood floors and installation of new white oak flooring and related millwork and painting. We are very pleased with the remodel and would highly recommend Preston Craft Homes to others seeking a high quality and responsible contractor.

We recently hired Joel at Preston Craft Homes to complete a partial bathroom and kitchen remodel due to water damage, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final result. Joel provided a fair and reasonable quote, started the project promptly, and worked with us throughout the entire remodel to ensure it met our needs—all while we managed the property remotely from another state. We would highly recommend Joel and his subcontractors to anyone looking for a partial or full home remodel.

I have been working with Joel for a long time, and he has consistently delivered outstanding results on every project he has completed for me. He has handled multiple projects, many of which required a high level of precision and attention to detail. Most recently, Joel completed the custom siding on our house using a highly technical and specialized material. The installation required exceptional craftsmanship and accuracy, and he did an amazing job. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Joel is extremely meticulous and takes pride in building things the right way, ensuring they are built to last. He is an excellent communicator, always honest and transparent with his pricing, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Joel to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable, and trustworthy contractor.

We recently hired Joel to remodel our primary bathroom. He and his subcontractors did an amazing job of transforming it from the 80's into a modern, 'spa-like' space. Joel was helpful in making suggestions on layout, lighting and design. He's very meticulous in his work, assuring everything is done to perfection. He also hires subcontractors who are great at their craft and very detail oriented. Our bathroom is beautiful! Thank you Joel. We couldn't be more satisfied!
