First, Van never called me in advance to confirm our appointment like everyone else I have dealt with on HA. He just showed up, lucky my son was home to show him around. He wrote a quote on the back of his business card and left it with my son. The quote was decent, but I suggested he return while I was home and we can hash out the details before beginning the project. Once his arrival, there was nothing professional about these two characters. I just wrote it off that they may have just completed a job. The quote was again reasonable, so I decided to add additional work into the work order. We agreed on the details and agreed to meet over the weekend to purchase paint at the local big box store. After purchasing the paint, I decided I would take the paint home with me after my purchase. The cost of the paint was subtracted from the invoice as we agreed. He said he would be by Monday, June 7, to start. Monday arrived and he was a no-call no-show. I was not in the states on Monday so I called home and asked my son did anyone start the painting project. He advised me that it was raining in Dallas. Ok, so maybe he would call me or show up Tuesday... worry. Another no call no show. I am done waiting, I am looking at hiring someone else. Funny thing, I asked him was he new to HA and he told me no. He has completed several jobs on HA. If he has completed several jobs on HA. Why no reviews? Now I know, he has never done anything on HA.
