And a total of $3160 they set up scaffolding as a visual trick. Did zero masonry or brick or gutter work. Strip the site and ran with the money. Keeping fund for unperformed work is construction fraud. They used a sidewalk scaffolding setup as a visual illusion to extract $3,160 in upfront cash deposits, then stripped the job site and abandoned my property without starting any masonry, brick, or gutter work. Evidence Timeline: Day 1: Set up scaffolding. Paid $2,100 cash. Confirmed via text. Day 2: Minimal brick cutting. Demanded more money. Paid $350 and $710 cash (Total: $3,160). Confirmed via text. Crew left early. Day 3: No-show. Texted heat excuse at 5:33 PM. Said rental expired. Day 4: Arrived at 8 AM, spent 30 mins dismantling scaffolding, loaded tools, and fled. Refuse to refund or provide a schedule.

PrimeCity Contracting & Restoration Inc did an outstanding job on both my basement sealing and roof repairs. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional, and the quality of work really shows. The basement is now completely sealed with no signs of moisture, and the roof repairs were handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. The owner, Badar Afzal, was fantastic to work with—he took the time to listen to all of my concerns and made sure everything was addressed properly. It’s rare to find a contractor who is this responsive and reliable. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend them for any home improvement needs.
