My actual need was for furnace & hot water heater vent modifications which Pritchard performed. IIt did not solve my problem, but Pritchard did their best.

Quick turnaround. Someone came to provide me with an estimate the next day (Sat.) after ServiceMagic connected me to them. They scheduled my central humidifier installation at my convenience for the following Sat. Everyone I dealt with was very professional , pleasant, and prompt.

The were prompt and through. They worked with me in this harsh economic climate to get me a quality installation of a new furnace and air conditioner that I could afford. their installers were clean and professional and they left the basement in cleaner condition that when they arrived. I will definately be fefering them to any friends or family that are in need of their services. Also, thanks to Service Magic for recomending quality professionals.

Overall a great experience and a very knowledgeable person came and did the install. I felt very comfortable, safe and happy with the person who did the install. I will certainly give them more business in the future. overall great, I'm happy i chose them. very competitive price also. Knowing what I know now I would have gone for a different then the by-pass humidifier, but that's my personal choice now, doesn't reflect bad on pritchard.

Ryan's product knowledge was very helpful in discussing options. Had competitive prices. Installers were over later that day. Unit went in fine and techs answered questions we had. Appreciated the follow up note from the main office.

Very professional. Did a full "Manual J" energy analysis, as recommended by the U.S. Dept. of Energy, and as required for a DTE rebate program (for furnaces with 93.1% or better efficiency). Installers did extra insulating and sealing, even though not required. And the Lennox system works perfectly (at the end of the first week).

they were a little expensive but did a very good job.

Prompt, competent, quick, friendly but polite, clear about project, cost, options, cleaned up after himself. I am pleased w the results. Only problem was fixation of pipe to moulding caused moulding to pull away from wall, screws used to large and I'll have to repair/ replace these screws, touch up paint and moulding.

We live in Indiana and our son was having a water shutoff valve problem. He was out of town and asked us to contact a plumber. Pritchard's reached us on our cellphone within 30 minutes and we confirmed a time to meet in Farmington Mi. They arrived on time and quickly completed the job. We were very satisfied with their service.

I had work done on my heating/cooling system, plumbing and electric. My older home needed new systems and fixtures. Pritchard was easy to deal with, efficient, knowledgeable and their prices were reasonable. This is a company that took my needs seriously and worked hard to make me happy. I will not do business with anyone else. I got many estimates for the work I needed beforehand. Pritchard was the most professional of them all.

Everyone I talked to on the phone was wonderful, and did a great job. We have custom made pedicure tubs that needed servicing, and Conor was willing to stay on the phone for hours to get the job done right. Trustworthy, a clean worker, and was respectful of the fact that we still had clients in the Spa. I was very appreciative of the attitudes of everyone I dealt with, as well as how quickly they acknowledged the urgency of my repair. They (Pritchard Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc) gave me quote and I agreed to it. Later they are trying to install a different humidifier other than the promised one. Then I told them I want only the product that they promised. The installers left my home and NO one called till 2 weeks. Then I called them and they said they don't have that humidifier. If they don't have that humidifier even for 3 weeks of time why should they give the quote for that and why should they try to install different one? Later they gave me a quote for a different humidifier, I agreed and they installed it. Over all they are just OK.

They did a great job.

The professionals were professional, courteous and on-time. However, I was disappointed that I still got hit with a couple of "surprise" items that weren't included in the "includes everything" estimate. They cleaned up the big mess after they were done but there was still a lot of dirt, dust and bits of nails, copper, etc to clean up. The new furnace is much quieter and seems to operate much better than our old furnace. The hot water heater also seems to provide much hotter water than before. We will have to wait until it's summer to test the new air conditioner unit!

Even though the tech could not fix my furnace he still stayed at my home and helped me! He contacted the company that had dug up the line for my gas and caused problems. He was great!!
