With over 30 years experience as a master carpenter in residential construction you can be assured that you will receive a comprehensive professional home inspection by an inspector that has "HAND ON" experience. Along with my experience & training I am also a Certified Inspector, and a member in good standing with the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. My on site inspection conforms to their strict Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics, My actual inspection will take between 2 and 4 hours and you are invited to come along. Using my professional software I will generate a complete comprehensive report. I will personally answer any question you may have during the home inspection process.
