I have used PRO Computers LLC for almost 10 years, and followed them from their previous location in Andersonville to where they are located today. I chose them over BestBuy Geek Squad without any hesitation to set up my new laptop, and install more memory. Previously, I used PRO to recover crashed hard drives and on one visit, I needed a screen tightened on a laptop - and it took them less than a few minutes, they performed that quick fix at no charge. I cannot say enough good things about PRO and it makes me even happier to support a long-standing small business local to Chicago and thrilled to see them succeed. While BestBuy Geek Squad might be well-known, PRO is a hidden gem that has been my go-to for about 10 years now.
