Pro - Technology Professionals

They did a great job.

This is a top notch company. Repaired my computer, charged me a fair price and did it all in a timely manner. You need help for your computer, use PRO. Badger

I have used them successfully a number of times for a variety of issues. They have always provided the friendliest, most professional service. I recommend them highly and without qualification.

I have used PRO Computers LLC for almost 10 years, and followed them from their previous location in Andersonville to where they are located today. I chose them over BestBuy Geek Squad without any hesitation to set up my new laptop, and install more memory. Previously, I used PRO to recover crashed hard drives and on one visit, I needed a screen tightened on a laptop - and it took them less than a few minutes, they performed that quick fix at no charge. I cannot say enough good things about PRO and it makes me even happier to support a long-standing small business local to Chicago and thrilled to see them succeed. While BestBuy Geek Squad might be well-known, PRO is a hidden gem that has been my go-to for about 10 years now.

The people at Pros are always so helpful and go out of their way to make things right. I highly recommend them.

Have been using PRO for five years or so to service my laptops. Have recommended to friends, co-workers and businesses because PRO pays attention to customer requests, offers thoughtful suggestions on improving computer performance, and completes their work efficiently and quickly with attention to detail.

Friendly, quick response, always eager to help and make sure all is working well.

Very dependable, great to work with remotely and on site, very knowledgeable and efficient.

Friendly, super-competent service.

They were right on time for the in-home appointment, make efficient use of their time, and solved all the problems on our list very quickly. Very professional.

Very pleased with Casey's professional, knowledgeable & efficient computer service. He is Awesome!!

I have been using this company for many years. Every time I have a problem, they're right on it and get it fixed in a minimal amount of time, often over the phone and by remote contact with my computer. I 'm not technologically sophisticated, so it means the world to me to have these folks I can turn to.

I couldn t find a repair shop that could retrieve the data from my smashed MacBook laptop. After taking it to multiple places I finally found Pro Computers. They retrieved my data within a day and at a reasonable price.
