We highly recommend Emmanuel and his team at Pro Edge Roofing. Their craftsmanship is top notch. A very skilled team! They do not only do roofing, we hired them to build a retaining wall and pour a new driveway. We have people drive by all the time asking us who did the work.

This business owner responded to our request via Angi list almost immediately. It was after 10pm. They offered to cover the leaking area late at night. They came next day. The installation of our roof took a while, due to complicated project with deck installation above the roof. The result came out is pretty good. There is no leak for many rainy days. The business owners, Krystalle and Emmanuel are very nice people. They respond our messages and needs fast. There is a 10 year warranty for roof leaking, give us a peace of mind.

They did an excellent job, from start to finish, they were very clean and professional, there was also good communication through the whole process, I?m more than happy with my roof, they were able to repair it, they had to replace some rotten plywood as well, so thankful for having someone that was able to explain everything to me in a simple way, will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Extreme Overbilling ($19,954 Gap) and No Receipts I hired Pro Edge Roofing, LLC for roofing/siding. A forensic audit revealed a $19,954 overcharge they refuse to justify with documentation. Key Issues: Material Overbilling: Billed for 104 shingle bundles for a roof requiring ~75. They refused to provide Supplier Delivery Receipts to prove delivery. 358% Markup: Charged $2,520 for plywood their own list valued at $550. Text records from Jan 16 show pricing was "made up" as an estimate ($5k-$6k), not a fixed contract. Predatory Labor: Billed $3,386 in labor for a one-day gutter install, grossly exceeding market rates. Faulty Work: Texts confirm management admitted siding was improperly installed and needed "rework". I have filed formal complaints with WA Labor & Industries and the Attorney General for Consumer Protection Act violations (RCW 19.86). Currently pursuing a claim against their bond (PROEDER754LK).
